You can feel that your camera is well protected compare to shoulder strap design that swings when you walk. Took me a while to get used to the rotate design, but eventually like it as well. Was able to find an alloy block for both falcam f38 and cotton carrier round hub that fits on canon R7, without blocking the battery compartment. (The universal adapter plate and the new L bracket in their site are too big) The only issue i have with this product is the single padding included in the package. It cannot even snug fit perfectly. The overall weight of the design will be from the shoulder, so it must be well padded. End up buying separate shoulder strap pads and i have put some as well on the sides. Very effective during the last 5 hour shoot with a lot of walking. Cotton carrier, come on. You can do better with your padding. :)

I was looking for a harness that fit me a little more comfortably -- the suspender harnesses don't work 'quite right' on some women -- and was happy to find this. It arrived quickly, well-made, comfortable and easy to adjust. Then I realized I didn't have the bracket for the binos. When I contacted the company, they were absolutely great -- I'd actually mistakenly ordered the camera version, not the bino version! The rep I spoke to laughed with me about it, and said he would put the bracket in the mail to me that day, and he did! I was leaving for overseas and was grateful to have it so quickly taken care of, and so painlessly. He didn't even charge me any additional. It's *SO NICE* to find a company that is still willing to provide excellent customer service. They went above and beyond.

It went together well and hanging a camera on it felt all right. The true test will come later this spring when I carry my camera on this harness along with binoculars around my neck for several hours at a time while on a cruise ship.

This camera mount is great once you get it set up properly. I bought it to carry my Lumix Micro 4/3 with the 12-60 lens - it's a small and light combo but I rarely took it hiking because you want your hands free and taking the camera in and out of a sling bag was cumbersome. When I first tried the holder intended to fall off my shoulder even when the straps were tight - the trick is to lengthen the left chest strap and shorten the one on the right, this tends to move the camera towards the center of your chest and keeps this whole assembly in place. Once you have adjusted it and taken your setup for a decent hike, consider cutting the excess strap on the right side and sealing with heat - leave a few inches in case you put on some weight :-) The security strap is functional but not very pretty, so I'm making a new one out of braided Paracord.
