I ordered this for my nephew for Christmas. It arrived in time, but with missing pieces. My brother emailed back-and-forth with customer service and they agreed to send the parts, but then stopped responding. I've reached out to the manufacturer multiple times, myself, with no response. The car is unusable without the correct pieces. Very disappointing.
