The media could not be loaded. We bought this car last April for our son's birthday. His birthday is in May. So we may have gotten it end of April but was not in use until May. We live in Vermont were realistically he was done using it by end of Sept. Before it gets to cold for the battery. We unpluged the battery and bring inside for winter and vehicle was stored in our garage. This year are winter was long and we had alot going on so we just took the car out charged it up so our sone could use this 300 dollar car just for it to start but not move. So we knew it had been a year but still thought the company would have some grace about a product that was only used for max of 4 months but due to weather maybe more like 3. We did everything the company asked for video, order numbers ect. There response sorry out of warranty we cant do anything for you. To me even if you wont replace the parts at least tell us or let us purchase the proper parts so a little boy isnt with out a very pricey gift he only got to use one season. AMAZON YOU NEED TO FIND BETTER 3RD PARTY'S TO WORK WITH CAUSE THESE ONES DONT MEET THE MARK. Do not waste your money on this garbage we will at this rate get him a better brand and somthing that is crap and will break in a few months of use.

Missing parts. Santa had to modify a nut and bolt to hold the steering column and handlebars together. I wonder what happens to other Santa’s that don’t have a workshop like mine. Christmas morning and the one thing the four year old asked for isn’t there or doesn’t work? Also, the foot pedal for the throttle keeps getting stuck open. That means it won’t stop and my kid has to bail or run it into a wall. I’ve been cleaning it out everyday to make sure this doesn’t happen. Compressed air and contact cleaner...every freaking day. For the price, the manufacturer could have used a closed switch that keeps dirt out from under the foot pedal and wouldn’t expose the contacts to the elements. My daughter loves it! She’s also not the one that has to keep this thing running.

I am happy with my purchase, now that I have it. But it was hacked trying to track down this package because the shipping was of the responsibilities of the cell. That was my greatest mistake. I will never purchase the item that cost more than $150 and allow the seller to be responsible for the shipping. Because I was screaming at Amazon and they couldn't do anything for me because they were not responsible for shipping. Overall I'm very happy with this gift once it arrived was not too difficult to assemble about 90 minutes. It is very powerful on concrete but on the grass and move just a little bit slower even on the higher setting but good enough for a child to enjoy. The additional features of the phone music and audio box option are nice. But I don't use them. Overall happy with the gift just not the shipping.

I was worried it wasn't going to be big enough but it's amazing I love it and most importantly ...my son is crazy about it. Love the slow speed and fast speed option The battery life is pretty good. Only had to charge it once since christmas and it's been used quite a bit. It's really good on different terrains. His previous jeep didn't do well on grass.

I ordered this for my son who's going on 5 in Nov. Saw a review said the tires and ATV come separately days apart,well got mine same day few hours apart. Was missing the seat. Messaged the same day I got it,next day got a reply and a seat sent and received in about 8 days. They were friendly about it and made things right. The slow speed is pretty fast to me,he's only ridden in the house before he got the seat,outside I may need to run to keep up with the slow speed,ha
