Unusual circumstances. I need to do laundry everyday and the laundromat was getting expensive. So got this to go along with compact washer. Like others have said, not fast, but that’s relative. A maximum mixed load takes 2-3 hours, sure, but it works. Two heavy towels, 2 hours, but a set of sheets, less than an hour. Time is not important to me, convenience is king, and it is that except for one thing. The lint catcher. Internal, have to pull it out and vacuum it along with a second filter. Awkward arrangement, I’m not fond of it as I don’t have a brush vacuum attachment. Also the gasket comes loose (others note this) but so far hasn’t fallen out. So except for these minor annoyances, it is quite a good dryer. Just be mindful of its limitations.

The seal to the door was loose improperly installed idk. I would always have to fix it every time i opened the door. With my normal portable washing machine the amount of clothes took twice as long to dry compared to my old panda dryer that broke after 5 years. This replacement was a big let down. Would not recommend.

I am so happy with my dryer! It literally saves me from dragging my laundry all over town and either begging to use a friends washer/Dryer or having to pay at a laundry mat. It works very well. I used the higher heat on my towels and the air dry on my personals. The only thing I wish it had was a buzzer letting you know the laundry was finished. I read the other reviews and some had complaints that I think must have been glitches or flukes. I literally plugged in my dryer and that was it. Worked perfect and is super quiet. I have the dryer in my bedroom by the door, so when I am doing the laundry, I just turn it to the doorway and turn on my bathroom fan. Keeps the moisture out beautifully. I did not buy a venting hose. I found I did not need one and opted to just use the hard plastic deal it came with. When I have to dry heavy linted items like towels and rugs, I just throw on a knee high and put a ball or a small glass in the bottom of the hose keeping it open. Works like a charm. I am thrilled! Of course it takes a bit longer, but we are buying a compact dryer or a fraction of the cost, so you can't expect a full size $500-$1000 dryer benefits. For my small place and my laundry, it is a godsend and I feel lucky to have it.

I've been living in a 27 foot travel trailer while my husband and I are working on building our home. After two years of going to laundromats, I was desperate. This dryer is EXACTLY what I needed. I've been doing multiple loads weekly now for 11 months and couldn't be happier. I would never have expected a dryer that operates on 110v to do such a great job. (a regular household plug) You can operate this dryer with or without a vent. I used it without a vent, using the external water filled container often paired with this item, which was fine, but then went ahead and vented it (it is in our storage shed). There is an air dry/fluff setting as well as the heated/timed setting. Observations; just like any dryer, don't over stuff it or items will remain folded tight and stay wet in the wrinkles. It holds a surprising amount of items. It's a GENUINE dryer, only smaller! It comes with brackets for hanging on a wall, but I built a stand for it instead. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

It drys your clothes. It does take longer as it uses less power, therefore taking longer. This is expected. There is a button for "Sensor Dry" with a button pressed in for off, and on if it is out. Supposedly this will turn off the dryer if the clothes are dry before the time is up. It never turns off before the time is up. It always runs for the entire time set. Even if your clothes are extra, extra dry, bordering on burnt. But it does dry clothes, given the necessary time, and limited by its capacity. The only deficiency I find is the non-working Sensor Dry. I set my time for about 2/3 what I think it needs and will increase it if necessary later.

After doing extensive research on a portable dryer that would provide what I needed, I kept coming back to this one. It's just my husband and I so we don't accumulate a ton of laundry. I was able to dry his socks and undergarments in one load in about 30 min. I have a good spin cycle on my washer. For heavier pieces, I let them air out overnight and just had to pop them in for 15 min on a high setting. Don't overload the machine and you will find great results like I did. Truly my best gift to myself ever.
