The chairs are really nice but boy were they a pain to assemble. The pieces don’t fit together right. I had to use a nail file to make the holes match up in some parts and it took a lot of pushing down to get the pieces to come together. Altogether it took about 3 hours to put together just 2 chairs, with one that wobbles. So, very nice chairs but I would have paid someone to assemble them if I could have. I mostly solved the wobble issue by adjusting the screws on the bottom of the legs to different lengths. They aren’t perfect, but they work.

The chairs are amazing! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because where screws needed to go, there we’re no holes for them to be screwed into. I made it work though! They are also more on the bar stool height than the counter height.

not easy to put together only because the screws were either not there or didn't fit. My husband had to go to the hardware store to get right ones. By mistake I ordered two boxes thinking there was only 1 in each box, but there were two. thank Goodness we didn't open other box as we sent it back.The return was seamless.

Our experience was terrible, product info on Amazon’s website was very misleading! Product was not in accordance with industry standards! Terrible experience trying to communicate with multiple Amazon associates and even worst experience with Amazon’s third party supplier! I would encourage Amazon customers to think twice before you order anything through Amazon’s third party system! If Amazon is delivering the product then it’s less likely you will have a problem! This is not our first poorly executed process with Amazon third party vendors, but it is our last! Unfortunately both vendors where not originated/made in the USA! Coincidence? It makes me wonder!
