Stools are well made for the price. Assembly is straight forward, however the bolts back out easily so will reassemble with permanent loctite. Return policy very expensive between their restocking fee, my shipping cost etc. I should have kept them and resold them or given them away.

I really love these stools. They are the perfect height for my counter, the seats are comfy without being too soft, and the back is a great height. They were fairly easy to put together. It took me maybe 2 hours to do all 4 but I took breaks. I just received today so I will update the review and change to 5 stars if they seem to hold up well.

Not very good quality, i bought 4 and only one is still in use, the legs wont stay together,the seat stick cracked, and i constently tighting them,beautiful to look at and thats all. Its been almost a year, and still no respond from company

If you assemble them right and tight they're good. As expected, legs don't end up exactly same length but nothing those little floor pads can't take care of. Assembly a bit dicey since there's just enough hardware (actually, I had to put a couple bolts in without washers because there weren't enough of those), and some bolts are different lengths so had to move them around to get everything to go together. If you're not "gifted" with assembling such things pay for the assembly (I've never used that offer so don't know if it's good or not).

These barstools look great. They were not great to put together. After following the instructions I found that the bolts that you are supposed to use to attach the seat to the legs are too short. Fortunately I was still able to make it work by using some shorter bolts in the chair back. I think what was the cause of the issue was the nut that was inserted in the wood was sunk too deep.

Only gavec4 stars because assembly. If you're physically disabled as I am it can be difficult to assemble. But product is awesome, I have ordered 2 sets of 2 different heights and I'm very pleased with these. Would order again.

Love the style of these chairs, and purchased to replace a set of island chairs that I have had for 15 years. Very hard to put together (they need to include a shorter allen wrench) but finally managed to get them together. 2 weeks later went to sit on one, and it was shaky. Checked and all the bolts were loose. Had to tighten them all back down again. on the other chair, which I had sat only for a few minutes, the bolts were also loose. Tightened them down, and will wait. I do not think these chairs will last even a year, and that will be a huge disappointment, as they look nice and are comfortable to sit in.
