This oven should not be sold at all. I have had this oven for 16 months and heating element burnt out. Cannot gets parts for it anywhere. No good at all. Contacted Amazon and Costway to get money back and got laughed at and hung-up by customer service. Would you buy a car and not be able to buy parts for it anywhere? It was defective from the beginning...we had to even replace the oven light that did not come on. Oven was very lightly used before the element went out. Poorest value for the money. The email from the seller stated that there were no available replacement parts, but we could have it repaired by a local repair man. How could a repairperson repair it if we could not get a replacement part ourselves in the first place? Oh, but we could buy another one of their ovens, and they would give us 5% off! Please beware. Arrived a day later than it was promised, no notification and late at night. Three dents in frame. The door won't close right since it is crooked and has a gap in frame.

    • Don't waste your time and money
This is nothing else but a big toaster oven. If you want to do real cooking buy something else. I dont think it has lower heating element.

I bought this oven in 2019. The latches broke off this December. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it for Christmas family dinner. I don't believe it's worth the $500. If you use your oven a lot, I would not recommend it. I gave it 3 stars because it did last about 3 years.

I love this oven! The package was very well-packaged and received in excellent condition. It can be a little bit tricky to install for the first time, but after installation, it looks great and works great! The stainless steel material and the metal color look really upscale.
