We purchased as replacements in a rental house. We had size limits to deal with. This oven fits the bill without having to replace the cabinets and gas. Can't almost get a gas appliance in Kailf, (how stupid) After install did some tests, Had to adj the temp controller (with a $6 oven temp gauge) A problem I did not expect. Tenants are very happy with the unit. This is not a unit I would put in My house (there are better and bigger ones out there) but good for Rental.

I ahd to replace a 27" oven; this unit fit in the same space and was simple to install; I just have to frame around the opeing to finish; the best thie oven shipped in great shape - they do a rterrific job protecting it in transit; the handles on the isdes makes it easay to move around ; very simple install with the supply power cable; it looks great, works great, and you can't beat the price. Awesome procuct from Thermomate; very happy with this oven

Ok so when you NEED an oven this size AND white, this is an awesome option. Apparently white ovens are made much anymore so the selection is small or the order time is long. I love this little oven. As any new appliance you gotta get to know it and adjust based on performance, but I absolutely love it. Cooks well, doesn't preheat quickly, easy install, easy clean, knobs aren't as precise as I'd like (like hearing or feeling an "off-click"). Seriously though worth it don't hesitate.

Ordered convection oven, received oven promptly, contractor installed it, upon opening door we realized there was no rotisserie, no fan( i.e. not a convection oven). Found out there are 2 types of this oven, 1 standard and 1 convection. Called Amazon representative and she was very helpful, she was able to contact the company, which was very difficult, to explain the mix up. We had a 3 way conversation with the company rep. who promised we would receive the correct (convection) oven in several days. I specifically asked, is this going to be days, weeks, or months, and he responded "no more than 3-4 days sir" We did not, do not have a functional oven at this time. It has been more than 2 weeks now, still no oven or correspondence from the company, and upon contacting Amazon, they recommended just sending the oven back for a refund. We will now have to disassemble our counter top and built in space we prepared for this wall oven, have the oven re packaged, and returned - major hassle, all because the customer service department for this company doesn't care about the consumer, doesn't care about making things right, just wants to play it off like all recent trends of American business these days, and let the consumer suffer. The irony is that if you look at the advertisement with Amazon, the company still hasen't changed it to remove the description of "convection oven" from this model number. I think Amazon would be smart to drop them from their website, as they are not reputable and cannot produce the products they advertise.

We have used it several times already and it cooks nice and even. I'm looking forward to cooking my thanksgiving turkey in my new oven this year .

I Love these gas wall ovens!!! And am very pleased with the price and the delivery process from Amazon, who has furnished 60 percent of our home. Our kitchen is really small, and we had so much trouble finding a 24 inch “natural gas” double wall oven unit. Seems like only 32 inch gas (but mainly electric) wall ovens are being made these days. We had to buy each unit at a separate cost, but it was/is well worth it! You just can’t walk into a store anymore to look at a large variety of wall ovens for a hands on experience, everything is online now. That’s why we are very thankful for Amazon and relied on the reviews for an honest opinion and experience. We were also able to purchase additional oven racks at a great price from the seller. I personally Love the option of cooking and baking at the same time with these double ovens and removable oven racks. The only thing that is a bit of a challenge to manage is the temperature knob. When baking I wish the exact numbers were listed on the knob, so I don’t have to remember how many inches apart the temperature numbers are (like a watch that only displays the 12 and 6). We are also very Pleased with the Customer Care from the Seller and Amazing staff at Thermomate. Although the purchase was made through Amazon, the Thermomate team is always available and still treats us as valued customers for any issues we may have with both ovens. Thank You Amazon And Thermomate!!!!!!!!!!!

Timer doesn't work. Arrived with dents on the front and back. thermostat is off. trying to see if the 4 year warranty that i purchased will help. Thermomate took responsibility and reached out and sent me a whole new oven! I am very greatful.. The size of this oven is what I needed since it is a wall oven and the 24" is hard to find. I am happy with my new oven.
