I do a lot of fishing and have a rounder face (aka fat face). I own 4 pairs of Costa Permits. Good polarized glass. I did notice my last pair had issues with the rubber parts falling off, like the glue they used sucked or maybe I got a lemon? Will be sending it to Costa for warranty repair

3rd pair that I've ordered in 4 years from this seller came in today (lost a pair and scratched up a pair)... Definitely genuine authentic Costas all 3 pair that I've ordered. I had seen others were questioning them, but they're the real deal, so wanted to clear the air on anyone saying otherwise... 10/10 would do business again.

Perfect fit and love the look and colors . These are a perfect fit for my big ol' head ! It's hard to find sunglasses that fit me and I was not a big fan for paying this much for a pair of sunglasses. Because I go through sunglasses often lost,broken,saltwater damage or just don't hold up , but these are perfect . Plus anything goes wrong withe them Costa will replace at no cost to me . Also I was afraid they were going to be fakes but they are the real deal.

I love these glasses. I'm deducting a star only because I think they should have a rubber cushion on the nose. These are heavy glasses, and tend to slip off the nose especially when sweating. Other than that, they are absolutely perfect. I love the size, the vents, and mostly the clarity. These are superior to Oakleys in every way. I'm thinking about buying a second set with the plastic lens for use during exercising. I use these for everyday use and for out on the lake. It took me some time to decide to buy these over Oakleys, but I am extremely happy with my new sunglasses.

The past few years I've been living off cheap sun glasses from various gas stations or thift stores. I didn't see the point to purchase a higher end option and risk getting them destroyed. After reading through multiple styles/brands/reviews of brands like Oakley, Costa, and Ray Bands I decided on the Permits by Costa. For reference, my review is about the 580P, which are plastic variation lens over the glass. As a coach for a youth soccer team - I was concerned of potential glass shatter during an event. Pros: - Permits have the vents on each side of the frame to allow ventilation. I've yet to have any issue with fogging or steam within the glasses. Living in South Florida, this is usually an on-going issue. - Before my purchase, I tried the 580P and 580G options on, while there isn't a huge difference in weight, the 580P are lighter and just overall more comfortable to wear for me. - Blue mirrored has the best glare/sun reflection which helps while out on the boat in the open water which I plan to use often this summer. Cons: - Price: While these are much higher than the ones I've purchased in the past, you do get what you pay for. I hope to have these for quite some time. With the lifetime guarantee provided by Costa - I don't have any concerns about this honestly. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with these glasses. I've heard a lot about Costas and never knew what the big deal was. Now I know what I've been missing all this time. Highly recommend.

these are advertized as 508g, which are glass lenses. these are NOT glass lenses. costa outright refused a return. it says theyre from the costa store but when i contacted costa they said i had to go through amazon and talk to them. BUYER BEWARE. if somethin is cheap and not supposed to be, dont expect to get what youre wanting
