Great, I was having so much trouble finding effaclar K+ from LRP, because it was so good for my acne and breakouts. I actually was a little nervous because I break out so easily. Started using this following the very popular grit method for getting rid of subcutaneous filaments. As stated in the method i apply, allow it to sit on my skin for 20 minutes and then apply a clay mask and an oil cleanse. Using this protocol ive had pretty great success keeping my skin clear and smooth of those pesky little bumps. I also use retinal nightly which has helped a lot but i mention it to note if u are using retinal you should definitely take a day off to when using this product or you risk irritation and skin barrier problems. This is definitely gentler than salicylic acid while being comparatively as effective in my experience. I’ve been using the COSRX Niacinamide 2% + BHA 4% Blackhead Exfoliant Toner for A couple weeks, and overall I’m impressed. The formula feels lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave my skin feeling sticky. The combination of niacinamide and BHA has helped reduce excess oil, keep my pores looking cleaner, and improve my skin’s overall texture. My nose and T-zone feel smoother, and I’ve noticed fewer clogged pores over time. It’s gentle enough for daily and regular use. A little too early to see results but so far I've only used in the mornings as per instructions and seems to do a good job with minimizing pores , we will see if it can help my breakouts a bit too.

Great product for reducing pores and smoothing skin. Even after 4 months of use (I'm barely half way through the bottle) I'm still seeing results. Initially I had some purging but after about two weeks it quit. How I Use it: I first wash my face with a PH 5.5 cleanser, apply this immediately, let it sit for 20 minutes to let it work. After 20 minutes I don't wash it off, I just apply the rest of my routine. I found not washing it off works best for me. If I apply a vitamin c serum before this, I find it never completely sinks in. If I use this on bare skin, in 20 minutes it will mostly absorb into my skin. Doesn't leave an oily residue or a heavy feeling, just a light layer. When I first started out I only used it every 2 days. After 2 weeks, when the purging stopped, I started using it every other day. After another 2 weeks I started using it everyday. At first I thought it was a "meh" product, but using it consistently is whats making the difference in cleaning out and keeping my pores clean. Its also very gentle, I have eczema and while I did feel a little tingle around my nose, (where its most sensitive), I didn't notice any irritation. After 3 weeks, my skin is smoother than ever, my pores aren't invisible, but much, smaller/cleaner, Pros: Light, easy to use Somewhat gentle Made my skin much smoother Made my skin tone brighter Helped reduce pores Has helped prevent and heal acne Cons: It never completely absorbed, left a slight film on my face ... show more

    • Great Product, HORRIBLE pump/dispenser!
I LOVE this product-it has made my skin clearer, less blemished, and more youthful looking! However, the pump/dispenser is absolutely HORRIBLE. Rather than dispense, it squirts, leading to so much product waste. This is most disappointing and discouraging. It is such a shame that this company has created such a great and effective, yet has not utilized a more effective and less wasteful dispenser/pump. The price is very reasonable for this item. However, the price becomes less reasonable when I consider that thus far with my use of this product, around 50% has been wasted due to the pump squirting product into my bathroom sink or onto my bathroom counter, which is then unable to be used. I highly encourage this company to improve the pump/dispenser issue!!! ... show more

    • Slowly but surely unclogs stubborn blackheads
Previously I've had to order this to the US from Korea so I'm so happy to see it here on Amazon! My skin is oily, acne-prone, sensitive, and extremely prone to clogs and blackheads. I used Stridex pads for a long time and was pretty happy with them, but they didn't seem to help with some of the more stubborn clogged pores on my cheeks and skin so I decided to try something more powerful. As a warning it is very likely you will break out over the first weeks of using this product. I had major purging around my chin and cheekbones (the areas with the most congestion) for about a month but the end results have been worth it. Slowly but surely my ugly sebaceous filaments, closed comedones, and blackheads are disappearing. Key word here is slowly; it really is a long process if your skin is as congested as mine. It's been probably 5 weeks since I started using this and while my skin isn't perfect, it is much more smooth and less visibly clogged than before. I've been using this once a day or once every other day immediately after cleansing and toning. This is a different type of BHA than what is found in OTC products in the US so it may not affect your skin in the same way. I found Stridex BHA pads to be a bit drying and felt my skin was tight after I used them daily and I don't experience that at all with this liquid. Since my skin is sensitive I was cautious at first but found that my face can handle using this once a day if not more without irritation. ... show more
