I've been using this product for a couple of weeks and I am really enjoying it so far. It is very hydrating, due to the hyaluronic acid, NAG, and peptides in the formula, and as a result, is very nicely plumping for fine lines and wrinkles. I don't have any wrinkles yet, but I did notice a reduction in the prominence of my smile lines. The texture is pretty watery, so it's very easy to apply multiple layers to really build the hydration without it feeling too heavy, also, it's scentless, which is nice for those sensitive to fragrances. One of the best parts of this product is that it comes with a lot of product for the price- about 5x as much as a standard size serum, for about $30. After first use I immediately came back to subscribe and save. This leaves your skin soooo smooth, plump, and firm. I don’t use a toner so I didn’t buy this to replace a toner. Toners are so niche and worthless. I bought this for the peptides. It’s a thick water consistency so I applied to dry skin. I can’t imagine applying to wet skin bc you wouldn’t want to water this down. My moisturizer is thick bc I have dry skin and need a thick moisturizer and this product made it so easy for me to smooth over my skin. Obsessed! ... show more

Love this product. I put two pumps in my hands and then tap it on my face. Love how it makes my skin feel and it doesn’t make it oily or sticky! I use another toner before it and then I use this one before I add the rest of my products. Awesome toner!

I got this yesterday and tried it yesterday and today. It is more like a thick toner than a serum. It is unscented and didn't irritate my skin. I applied it to wet skin, 2 layers. It isn't nearly as hydrating as the snail muccin essence. Then I put my other products. I am 46 with dry sensitive skin dry climate. I didn't notice any immediate improvement on fine lines. I will continue to use the product and leave an update later. Hopefully I will have something good to report! ... show more

    • the step before putting on face cream, no scent
This is practically what I would categorize as a toner, however, not completely liquid like witch hazel and other toners you may have used before. It is pretty runny (low viscosity) but has a slight thickness like a serum. When I first dispensed this product I was a little confused because I thought it was a moisturizer but did not have the texture or consistency of a typical moisturizer. I then realized it is a 'toner serum'. It is quite water when you apply it on your face. This is supposed to be used after cleansing your face and before applying moisturizer. I didn't feel any sticky or uncomfortable feeling after use, nor any irritation on my skin. There is no fragrance added, which I really appreciate especially coming from an Asian skincare product where it usually has some sort of floral fragrance added. I'm a busy mom of a toddler so honestly speaking I don't have time for a 10 step skincare routine. While I do like this product and I'm sure it is beneficial to my skin, I'm not sure I will be repurchasing only because I don't want an additional step. I barely have time to take a shower and when I step out I just slather my face with face cream and go. It provides moisture but you definitely have to follow it up with another moisturizer otherwise it isn't enough. Therefore, I'm just going to skip this step and go straight to the moisturizer. I found this product to be a bit confusing. It is supposed to be used in place of a toner, but it is a serum. And you can put a serum on top of it. It also says you can put on multiple layers. I put on one layer, and I didn't feel like my other products absorbed well. It is also difficult to apply because it is very liquidy. If it was a toner, I'd apply it with a cotton pad, and wipe. But, this is supposed to be absorbed into the skin, which requires using your hands, and it runs off. ... show more
