I find many of the high end virgin olive oils to have a bitter after taste. This does not and we find it to be great for salad dressings. A bit pricey, but we use if for salad dressings and dipping.

For the money it is not worth it. There are better options out there. No beautiful aroma and also viscosity is on the thin side if you are able to catch it on a good sale, maybe give it a try but not anything much to rave about.
