Features

  • Keep Cool: Powerful PWM-controlled fan speeds from 480 RPM up to 2,400 RPM, so your fans only spin as fast as you need, pushing up to 63.1 CFM of air with 3.8mm-H2O of static pressure.
  • Exclusive Time Warp Lighting Mode: Equipped with 34 RGB LEDs, spread across two distinct light zones on either side, and powered by iCUE LINK for exclusive lighting modes such as the strobing Time Warp (requires iCUE LINK System Hub, sold separately).
  • Quiet Operation with Magnetic Dome Bearing: CORSAIRs Magnetic Dome bearing retains all the performance of ML fan technology and further reduces friction at low fan speeds.
  • Zero RPM Mode: Supports Zero RPM PWM signals to completely eliminate fan noise at low loads.
  • Bridge Connectors Included: Chain your fan together with other iCUE LINK QX120 RGB fans without wires using the included bridge connectors, and seamlessly connect them all to an iCUE LINK System Hub (sold separately) with just a single cable.

Description

Add a CORSAIR iCUE LINK QX120 RGB 120mm PWM Fan Expansion Kit to your system for even more lighting with four distinct light loops. PWM control lets you precisely set fan speeds up to 2,400 RPM with support for Zero RPM signals, while a Magnetic Dome bearing ensures less friction, greater longevity, and minimal noise. As part of the iCUE LINK ecosystem, all your fans can connect to the iCUE LINK System Hub (sold separately) with just a single cable, making for a cleaner build with far less cable mess. iCUE LINK opens up new possibilities for lighting and control, including the exclusive Time Warp lighting mode and smart fan curves with a built-in temperature sensor.

  • Great upgrade for corsair fans
Size: Single (120mm) Color: Black
I enjoyed corsair products before the link system except for the cable management. The link system is a game changer. The quality of the item is great and the built in temp sensor is an added plus to functionality. THe speed of the fan is quite nice and is not very loud at all. The plastic mounts and the fan are of good quality. ... show more

  • Very cool fans with great lighting
Size: Triple (120mm) Color: Black
A bit pricey but I am really enjoying the RGB output. Can be plugged in on either side. Magnetic hold is not good enough to fully support the weight when mounting vertical. The diffused light is pretty cool. Have not experimented with the speed yet to determine the noise levels.

  • Worth every penny.
Size: Single (120mm) Color: White
Beautiful fans, great quality. Lots of customization with the iCueLink app. Combine with ICue Link Titan 360 RX for best performance. I've purchased the 10 of them for my build. The stackable feature makes it the best fans for installation that i have ever purchased. Corsair doesnt stop to impress me. The only drawback is that they could get noisy when gaming. But in my case is kind of obvious when i have 10 of them. ... show more

  • Bright and strong.
Size: Triple (120mm) Color: Black
I built my first computer and I used these and they work great. They keep the cpu and the gpu cool and running optimally. I’ve had these for over a year now on a computer that runs daily and I’ve encountered zero issues. They are still running bright and strong. I would definitely buy again.

  • Ticking Time Bombs: Corsair QX Fans Plague Custom and Traditional Cooling Loops (3/6 Failed!)
Size: Triple (120mm) Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. Summary: Avoid the Corsair QX fans at all costs, especially for both open-loop cooling systems. My experience has been an absolute nightmare: three out of six fans failed within three months, starting with subtle ticks and escalating to a loud, obnoxious grind. Not only are these fans unreliable, but Corsair's replacement policy is deeply frustrating and unsuitable for any cooling setup. Details: - Purchased two sets of QX120 3-pack fans. - Within one month, two fans developed a noticeable "tick-tick-tick" noise. - Third month: another fan completely fails with a loud grinding sound. - Contacted Corsair, but they initially wanted me to return the faulty fans before receiving replacements, essentially leaving my system without adequate cooling while waiting. After much hassle, they agreed to a credit card hold for replacements, but only for the individual failing fans. This simply postpones the inevitable replacement of the likely-faulty remaining fans, requiring repeated loop drains (custom loop) or disassembling the system (traditional cooling). - This issue may or may not be isolated to my purchase. Corsair remains tight-lipped. - I have recently requested escalation for my issue at Corsair. I am not sure if this will go anywhere or not. Pros: - None worth highlighting, given the widespread failures and poor support. Cons: - Extremely high failure rate: 3 out of 6 fans failed within just three months. - Early warning signs: Faulty fans start with a noticeable ticking noise before complete failure. - Unusable replacement policy: Both return-before-replacement and individual-fan-replacement approaches are impractical and disruptive for any cooling setup. - Potential for widespread manufacturing issue: Two sets of 3-pack fans and online reports raise alarming concerns. Overall: Stay far away from the Corsair QX fans. They are simply not reliable for any cooling system, custom or traditional. A custom loop is worst because it could require a complete system drain to replace, depending on your loop layout. Corsair's inadequate and frustrating replacement policy makes the situation even worse. Choose a more reliable brand to avoid headaches and potential damage to your system. I attached a video of the latest noise from the rear fan under my vertical-mounted GPU. The video looks like they are spinning slowly because of the camera's frame rate. They are spinning at 500 RPM. If things change with Corsair replacing my fans and the replacements prove to resolve the issue (long term), I will update and inform you that this was just a bad run of fans. ... show more

  • Expensive but worth it
Size: Triple (120mm) Color: Black
Seriously expensive and not for the faint of heart! have 18 of the 120's and 3 of the 140's used in a 1000D with 2x 480mm rads in push/pull config. (6x 3 pack) Pro's Build quality - nothing flimsy feeling with these at all Noise - What noise? Ease to Link them together Connector cables - Clean and low profile (Came with a short double 90 and a longer 90/straight) Included link hub Lighting effects Software setup Con's Price - Expensive (hurts but worth it) Connector cables - Depending on rad config you might not get the hooked up and linked the way you'd like (port being in the way of the fan connector) Plan accordingly. Radiator Mounting - Make sure to get additional 30mm length screws if needed as these will not come with any. Check your radiator Manufacturer for correct size, my EK rads use M4-.07x30mm screws would not go any longer than 30mm or risk damaging your radiator Water in/out ports on the Radiator can possibly prevent you from connecting to the fans link port so make sure you map that out. Link Hub - MOSTLY FOR THOSE USING 480mm RADIATORS - These hubs only handle 7 fans etc. per port! I REALLY feel that these should have been designed to handle 8. My setup requires 3 two port hubs (which you get 1 per 3 pack) I needed 5 cables all were included (one 600mm cable per pack) or 4 of the included cables and 1 Y cable (purchased separately) to properly set up and have the fan LEDS be able to run at full brightness. PCIe power connector plus internal USB connector required. - This is probably my biggest issue, with each hub only supporting 7 fans on each port to keep the brightness level of the LEDs at max This means that I need 3 spare PCIe power ports and Internal USB ports available. Most PSU's only have 6 ports, in my case 4 of which are used for GPU and 2 are used for CPU, so without replacing my PSU I have to split power with the GPU. Then since these hubs require an internal USB port I will also need to get an internal USB hub. Links greater than 3 - you may need to get a set of link connector kits if you only buy the 3 packs. In my setup I needed 1 additional connector to link since I didn't do the initial setup with a Y connector. Out of the 21 total fans only 2 have dead LED's and will need to be returned. this is also something I didn't catch until after I had setup up and filled my cooling system and became a problem due to the inability to pull them without draining and disconnecting a portion of it just to get to those fans. Overall with the crap shot limit on the hub ports and connection requirements (plus my failures in realizing my mistakes and the aforementioned limitations) I am happy with these fans and am sure those that buy them will be too -- Be certain to plan ahead, know the limitations, and check the fan/LED functions before hand!! ... show more
