This is a nice package but the only thing that is frustrating is that you included the cmdr pro instead of the cmdr xt. There is no need to include the pro at all in this set since there are only fans in the box. The core xt has the rgb hub and the power for fans on the same device! The pro requires an additional connection to the hub and it becomes a mess. Everything else is completely fine and looks good. Could maybe add frosted tubing as well but clear is fine. ... show more

It’s my first day running this loop, so it’s too early to review… But I haven’t see any review pictures with the XD3 pump, so I figured I would upload a couple. Gave it 5 stars because everything works fine and they gave me 3x the tubing I needed even with mess ups.

It’s a good kit but if your serious about watercooling your pc and it’s your first time this is a waste of time. The bender sucks cause you can’t bend long runs due to the part cooling before you get it situated then bent. Go buy an ek bending block and screw to piece of 3/4 plywood, or before I got mine I 3D printed one. The tubing length sucks buy a few more bigger sticks when you order this kit. Even before I printed a bender I cut the bend part off the handle to use on piece of plywood. Also the silicone insert is to short order a longer one of those as well. If you want straight and perfect bends use 3/4 plywood then measure and mark outside of bends and lay flat on plywood before bending. This oh let’s just eyeball it doesn’t work. The only good part about this kit is the fittings and pump. I did use the cpu block got a mono block and gpu block from ek. If I was to do it all over again I would have just went ek for everything. Get a ton of extra tubing if first time you will waste a lot. Good luck and have fun. ... show more

This is ideal for those looking to get into custom loops and water cooling in general. Has all of the components right off the bat for a single CPU loop and have enough overhead to grow into. Fittings are nice but one o ring seal means smaller footprints but also tighter tolerances. I eventually upgraded to 3 ring seals but the system has enough juice to add multiple rads and GPU block. Kudos to Corsair for Making this easy and accessible to everyone. ... show more

Works good and looks great ! Replaced the thermal paste , pc was running around 70-80 now with a thicker layer stays 68 max under stress . At only a week old half my waterblock lights stopped working .. sad but happy .. mixed emotions

Let's hope you don't need Corsair support if there are any faulty parts in your kit. One of the fans in the kit had non-working RGB. Returning the kit was not an option since I already installed the water blocks and tubing. Submitted a support ticket 10 days ago for a replacement fan. No response or even a status of timelines. Just called them now to get an update and all they could tell me was there are long wait times from the Hydro X team. But 10 days so far and nothing? That's unacceptable. Hire some more employees or something. No one should have to wait weeks just to get an initial response. ... show more

So I bought this kit to install in my pc. Went through the whole process of installing to find out two days later when I installed the commander pro and lighting hub that the commander pro didn’t work. It will power the fans, but no other function works. Reached out to Amazon about the issue. First question I was asked was why I don’t just “buy” another node. First off the kit is expensive to start with so why should I buy a replacement for a brand new kit. Secondly I was told I would have to disassemble the entire thing and send it all back for them to just send me a whole brand new kit. Sorry not going two weeks without a pc that I use for work as well as gaming. Thirdly they told me to reach out to Corsair about a replacement part. I have called a few different times over the last couple weeks to get out on hold until the system eventually says nobody is available and then hangs up the call. Don’t get me wrong the kit works as far as the cooling goes so no complaints there, but for Amazon to tell me to completely disassemble the kit for something as small as a module or to even suggest for me to buy another node is completely insane. Either way it goes make sure stuff works properly and as it should before going through the build process to be told to take it all apart to ship back. ... show more
