This is the Goldilocks of travel mugs. It keeps the coffee just right - not too hot and not too cold. Love the click down to drink ! It’s like an adult sippy cup- no spills and you can pick up to drink from any side. Also is “dressy” enough to use at business meetings.

I'll start with all the good: Beautiful design, quality materials, keeps my coffee nice and warm, and no leakage if I tilt or drop it. The size is perfect for all my coffee needs, and I use this tumbler on the daily. With that said, this is the bad: if you press the lid open after having it closed for a while with anything hot, it might spray out a bit. Also, cleaning the lid is difficult, since there are no removable parts. I've noticed a long wooden cotton applicator can do the job, but it's somewhat tedious. All in all, I'd definitely recommend this tumbler to anyone who appreciates style and minimalism, and won't mind a bit of extra cleaning effort for that lid. ... show more

    • Toxic taste in my tea, regardless of washing the cup many times

I purchased this cup because of the ceramic coating - i have a cheap insulated cup already (a freebie business promo item) but i can tell there is a coating inside the steel interior, and I wanted a healthier option for my daily tea. I washed this cup as instructed on the product sticker, and brewed my first cup of tea. I was concerned because the tea tasted very strange. I threw out the bad tasting tea and washed the cup again 3 times just to be sure (all by hand using warm soapy water as instructed) and brewed another cup of tea.... but the tea still tasted bad. I reverted to using my old, cheap cup and the tea tastes great again, as intended by the teamaker. Im sending this cup back. Also worthy of note: the lid is cool, but impossible to clean completely. It also imparts an even worse taste to the tea, so i avoided its use entirely. If you do use the lid, be ready for a bad taste and eventually drinking from a dirty lid. Lastly, i compared this cup's thermal ability to that of my cheap cup and they are the same, despite the simple lid of my existing cup. I hope this review helps someone. ... show more

These commuter cups are perfect for on the go, it’s ceramic on the interior so is not pipping hot, the cover makes it easy to sip and drive even with bumps in the road, and totally leak proof if closed properly. The only down side is sometimes the cap does not stay down when pushed.
