This arrived in a plastic bag. At some point the black plastic case took a hit during shipping. Other than a small indentation on the outside of the case, and loose items inside the case, everything was fine. Included is the 1/2" wrench/drill, an assortment of sockets, drills, and screwdriver bits, an adapter to use the drills and screwdriver bits, two batteries and a charging brick/cable, a long orange extension for tight spots , and a small manual. For functionality everything worked fine. I only had one minor issue that I took a close up picture of. When I first used the adapter to use the smaller drills and bits, they did not go in the adapter easily. I had to sort of bang them in. This caused the little stainless clip on the adapter that holds the stainless ball that secures the inserted drill and screwdriver bits, and smaller sockets, to bow out some. After this occurred I could then more easily insert the bits and they were held securely still. Everything works as it should so I guess it is not a problem, but I needed to mention it. The batteries are easily chargeable and last a fairly long time. You can charge one while using the other so no issues there. There are small LED bars that indicate how much batter life there is. It does not give you an exact time, just whether the battery has a high, medium, or low charge. In use it ran smoothly and was not as loud as some other portable tools that I have. It has good power when fully charged, and still pretty good at lower charges. It is fairly heavy so your hands and arms may get a bit tired if your using it a lot. This is pretty normal as most power tools I have are not light weight. It looks and feels well made to me. It is new so I do not know about long term durability, but my initial impressions are good. So I like it and it will make my life easier, particularly when I rotate tires on our cars. I have another impact wrench but it is air pressure driven, and this battery one is much easier to use than going and firing up the air compressor, getting out the air hose, etc. I also like that you can use it as a drill and screwdriver too, which I cannot do with my air powered wrench. Cost wise I think it is about average value, which is not a bad thing.

As a female who lives alone in an old house and with a 12-year old car, I can't tell you how helpful this power tool has been for me! Too many times I've had to use a hand wrench to get very tight bolts off without any help and wished I had this power tool long before I got it. Now that I have it, I can easily replace my taillight bulbs which I have to do too often unfortunately. This is also perfect for drilling holes in wood/plastic/metal since they supply the bit types you need for each surface material. LOVE it for when I'm trying to hang something bigger up and need to make a premade hole before putting in the drywall plastic inserts in.

I have absolutely no complaints about this Cordless Impact Wrench Kit. It really has everything you need from changing your tires to drilling a hole. It’s a very heavy tool but has a lower amount of vibration which I appreciate a ton since I have some arthritis in my hands. It came with 2 batteries that charged quickly. One of our favorite features is the LED light that helps to illuminate what you are working on. Our case that it came in is nice for organizing all of the numerous sockets and bits. You can not beat the price. Others are less powerful for a higher price. This one is a great deal and since it is in a nice compact case it will be staying in our vehicle since we travel on the road a lot. We may need a repair and this kit could save us a lot of money.

I was disappointed to open the box and see markings on the wrench/drill, everything was kind of thrown in the box, one of the bits didn't fit inside the mold as I was putting everything back so initial reactions was not great. That being said, since we are doing remodeling in the kennel building for the non-profit rescue, it was perfect to put it to the test. It has two batteries, a charger, drill bits and sockets it worked well for what we needed and that included drilling through cement blocks and putting in an exterior door. I like that it gives the battery life so you have an idea how long you have left before needing to swap out and recharge. It feels like it will last, it has a good weight to it not too heavy, but not flimsy where it won't tackle any bigger tasks. I feel it is great value for money.

I'm not a professional handyman by any stretch of the imagination. So, I wouldn't consider myself as one who places a lot of stress on them when I use them. This torque drill was for me. The price is reasonable for the quality of the product received. I like how the case holds EVERYTHING and more. I have room to add additional drill bits and sockets--not a lot but a few extra. The battery charged quickly and seemed to hold its charge as well as the more expensive power tools I own. I'm pleased with the product I was sent and would gladly recommend it to friends and loved ones. I would feel uncomfortable giving this drill anything less than 5/5.
