The big 1/2 inch bits work fine, but the 12mm and smaller ones included that fit inside the hex tip broke on first use, and is impossible to remove. It's hardened steel so can't drill into it easily to use a screw remove, and it's twisted in place. This was the very first time I used the 12mm and it snapped immediately, I'm not sure what exactly it's made from but I don't think it's impact-rated. Now the wrench is completely unusable for the hex bit and I can't use the retaining pins for the 1/2 inch bits. The support window is closed so I can't ask for a replacement, but this is the first time I used the 12mm bit today. There is no ball bearing to remove to get the broken bit out like in more expensive brands, it's a very strong press-fit. I mainly use the largest impact sockets and they seem to work pretty well, although the retaining pin and ring system is pretty weak, it's very easy for the pin to fall out during use as the rubber rings are too thin and the pins are very loose. Still good enough to use for CVT work on bikes.
