If your only polishing your car a couple of times a year, this will do ok. The box came jam packed with pads. Could not believe how much they jammed into such a small box. I only ended up using the waffle style foam pad for light polish with a one step polish. I did not like the covered switch, very annoying. The speeds seemed ok, just don't apply any pressure. It seems to stall easy. The throw seemed shorter than advertised. In actually working on the car, it is a little slow in cutting/polishing, could be more pad and polish combo issue. The two batteries didn't last me for the whole car. Had to charge one to finish. It's ok. I'll use it again. I'm thinking of trying to change the backing pad to a 3 inch one for getting into tighter areas or using it for headlight restoration.

I want to preface this by saying I am NOT a professional car detailer, paint guy, or repairman. I am an average joe that has some rust on my H2 I need to remove on my own because I can't find a shop to do the work for me! In comes this Cordless Car Buffer. I did NOT want a corded item as they are expensive, and was told that getting a handheld or angle grinder is NOT what I want to do. I was told to use sand paper by hand and to go from there. Well, I decided to listen to the internet instead of Uncle Bob, and ordered a buffer. This device comes with two batteries and is variable speed. It also comes with a bunch of accessories I will probably never use, and have no idea what they are used for. However, it also has discs I can put sandpaper on! Yay!! Once I figured out how to remove the plastic trim and get to the part I needed to "sand down" using this was a gem. It was so easy to control and while I did need to go get more sanding discs, this worked great at the crappy angles I needed to be at to remove rust from the rocker panels. I got about 30 minutes per battery so about an hour of constant use before I needed to charge them, and by than I wanted a break anyways. This tool saved me a ton of time, and I will recommend it to anyone for using it as a sander, without actually wanting a sander. Don't forget your safety glasses though! As far as using it for making my vehicle shiny, once I figure out what the pieces are for I just might give it a shot but for now I am just happy that I can fight rust buildup for the first time.

I don't drive as much as I used to, but I always make a habit of polishing my car regularly, and correcting any issues with clearcoat or yellowing headlight lenses as needed. My only hand orbital sander up to this point was a pneumatic one that required me pulling out the compressor hose and getting everything set up. This sander comes with two rechargeable batteries which took no time to charge and I was off to the races. I picked up an assortment of sanding discs in hook and loop (aka velcro) to use with this. I was already planning to fix a mark on my quarter panel, so I charged this sander up and had at it. The sander works well, though I doubt randomness of its orbit. Luckily, I could compensate for it and had no issues wetsanding the loser skirt on my car. While it wasn't rated for wet sanding, I kept it dry and had no issues with it. It seems very versatile, so I will likely use it in the garage and my shop out back when we are refinishing furniture. A nice little tool to have.

The quality on this buffer is astonishing and 100% worth the money it performs very well and it is very easy to use comes with multiple speeds and 3 battery’s each battery lasts up to 120 minutes maybe more for inside use also comes with lots of pads brings 2 of each and also is durable and easy to charge

It is very nice to have a cordless buffer/polisher. This buffer/polisher comes in a box with 2 batteries, a charger and many other accessories including 2 polishing pads, 2 wool buffer pads, 2 waffle foam pads, 2 microfiber buffing pads, 2 microfiber polishing bonnets, sandpaper (of unknown grit that I probably will not use), a user manual and a carrying bag. The carrying bag is pretty cheap as it is just a nylon carrying bag; however, it was nice to have because once I unpacked the box, I don't think I would be able to put everything back in. The batteries that came with the tool took 2-3 hours to charge initially. The buffer itself worked great and the battery last a good 30 minutes or so before I had to change it. The tool has six speeds which are easily changeable with your thumb or finger and can easily be held with one or two hands. The pads that came with the buffer were fine, not great but definitely useable. Teh buffer was easy to hold, change speeds and use for both buffing and polishing.

What a great polisher this is, it's oscillating so not as prone to burn the surface you're polishing if you really need to work at it. Two batteries included is nice so you can swap out if the first one runs out in the middle of your job. Adjustable speed and the ergonomics are quite nice, it fits your hands well which makes it easier to use. It's got a bit of weight to it which means it's probably a solid product. Size of the pad is perfect, not too small and not too large.

Got this buffer trying to restore hazy yellow headlights on my car and it works. This is my first time using a buffer and it worked. Headlights are nice and shine once again, yellow haze is also gone. Very easy to use and its pretty powerful little buffer with 6 different speed settings to choose from. Great price, compact, lightweight, very nice little buffer.
