I bought two different buffers/polishers. We opened the first (which cost more) and quickly put it back in the box. Opened up this one and thought ok, its smaller, nice that its cordless, fits nicely in the hand, lightweight. Lets give it a try. It is amazing! We worked it for three days straight. No problems and super pleased with it. My only wish is that I had a third battery. As I said we used for three days, on three cars. Battery life was good, but towards the end of the day a third battery would have been nice. I would definitely recommend this product. Oh and the cars really looked good, I can't say enough. What a nice surprise to have something perform better than expected.

For the price, this does a really good job. I am shocked with the quality for the value. There are people complaining in the comments about there being no way to charge the battery. However, there is a tiny hole on one end of the battery that the barrel plug goes into. It took me 10 mins to discover this and it's understandable why people would return the product thinking that it was missing a charging dongle or something. You just plug the barrel A/C adapter directly into the battery. Lasts a good amount of time on a charge and you can change the speeds with the thumb wheel.

First of all this is lightweight, one handed operation is easy, comes with some additional stuff you may find useful. If you're new to using one of these it may come in handy, if you already have a corded polisher and wanted this because it light, quick, good for touchup, you likely have everything you need. Comes with two batteries, they charged quickly and one lasted for surface prep, wax, and polish of my small (Miata) car. It still has power left and I never had to use the second battery. Let the polisher do the work, do not put a lot of pressure on the unit, and it'll work out just fine. Why the 4 stars? Because it's light, and orbital, it can move around on the user with no weight of its own to hold it in place. I consider this a "throw away" because by the time the batteries are dead and will no longer hold a charge, I'm sure I'll never be able to find replacement batteries. For the price, it's worth it.

Great product ! It came with two charged batteries. Easy to handle and its light weight doesn’t tire you out. Batteries recharge in an hour or less. Good selection of buffer pads and the bag is great for storage. I recommend this buffer to anyone for personal use .

I would avoid this cheap product at all costs! While buffing the orbital plate snapped, flew off causing me to tap the paint of my car. I put very little pressure on this thing and as you can see in the picture the cheap plastic snapped. Now I have to spend more money fixing this paint damaged that is scratched down to the metal. You get what you pay for!

This is a great item. It’s perfect for me. It comes with all sorts of buffers and pads and even the Carry bag cordless. It has two batteries and can’t be the price. Now the weather just needs to cool back off so I can finish my car.
