Item received was a returned item with a box previously opened. Bottom screws did not line up with countersunk holes which would result in scratching the floor. This is a follow up to my review. The company has reached out to me apologizing for any inconvenience and offered me a full refund.

The stand did not come with Assembly directions, however it didn’t really require directions it was extremely easy to put together. It came with one washer and four screws. When I first put the stand together it felt wobbly and wasn’t holding the surfboard correctly. Took a minute or two but then I realized, on the arm of the surfboard holder the washer goes on top, which then held the arm from sliding open and kept the surfboard in perfect position every time. ... show more
