This Copco insulated 16oz travel cup is really nice. I ordered it for my husband who drinks a lot of coffee and likes to take it with him when he leaves the house. The insulation keeps his coffee warm for a couple hours while he travels. It is not heavily insulated like other brands, but it is lightweight, spill resistant and easy to carry. He uses it everyday, all day long. We were looking for something that he could use with hot coffee or to heat cold coffee up and take along with him. This is a microwaveable travel cup and does exactly what we want it to do. We love the color too. He has been using it since October and it is still working well for him. It was worth the price and has the value and sturdiness as advertised. It is really easy to use and to clean by hand and is dishwasher safe. It is easy to hold and comfortable. These pics are after using since he got it and after finishing his cup of coffee.

My husband loves this mug. It is solidly made, easy-to-clean, and lightweight. It fits in our car's cup holder and can be used in the microwave. It keeps his coffee hot for quite a while. I'll say at least an hour, but that depends on how hot your beverage is to begin with. There has been no leakage issues. The mug is reasonably priced. We have not tried the mug with cold beverages yet.

These cups are really fantastic! The sliding opener is wonderful. No more unscrewing lids or popping cap up on lid and then having the cap hit you in the face as you tilt the cup up to drink. I have 3 different colors, blue, purple, and green. The colors have not faded, They are dishwasher and microwave safe. Even have a skid proof bottom so they stay put. I highly recommend these!

I’ve been using the Copco Cone Desk Mug (16 oz, brown) for a few months now, so here’s my straight-up take after daily use. I’m in Florida and I travel a lot, so I needed something that works at my desk, in the car, and in hotel microwaves without being fussy. This one’s been living on my nightstand, in my car cup holder, and in my suitcase. First off, the handle + microwave-safe combo is why I bought it. It’s weirdly hard to find a mug with a real handle that you can nuke. This one goes in the microwave no problem and the outside stays just warm, not scalding. The double-wall insulation actually does something. My coffee stays hot long enough to survive my morning email scroll, and one reviewer said it “keeps beverages warm a long time”. Iced tea stays cold on my lanai for an hour without sweating all over the table, too. For real-world use: - Fits my messy desk setup. The bottom has little bumps that keep it from sliding. The 16 oz size is perfect—I dump a whole bottled water in, toss in a tea bag, microwave 60 sec, close the slide tab, and I’m set. - Slides right into my cup holder and doesn’t tip. I’ve taken it on weekend road trips through Georgia. The handle makes it feel like a normal mug, not a chunky tumbler. - Dishwasher safe means I just run it with dinner dishes. Microwave safe means I don’t have to use sketchy hotel mugs. Pros for me: - Microwave + dishwasher safe, BPA-free. Huge win - Handle is comfortable and doesn’t get hot. I hate handle-less travel cups - Actually keeps drinks hot/cold longer than a regular ceramic mug - Lightweight but feels sturdy. Good size—not too big or small - Value for money is solid. It’s cheaper than YETI or Stanley options but does the job. I’ve seen people say they’ve used theirs for 10+ years and re-bought Cons, and they’re real: - The lid is the weak spot. Mine hasn’t failed yet, but multiple people report it doesn’t feel secure or stops tightening after ~10 days. The slide tab to close the drink hole is “flimsy” and hard to move. - Not truly leak-proof. If it tips, liquid can come out the sides even with the tab closed. Don’t toss it in a laptop bag. - Insulation is mixed. Some folks say it doesn’t keep coffee warm at all. For me it’s “good enough,” not “burn your tongue 3 hours later” good. - Finish can feel cheap with unfinished edges near the rim. Value for money: I paid what I’d expect for a basic insulated mug with a handle. It’s not premium, but it’s not junk either. Given that people are replacing 15-year-old ones with the same model, the price makes sense if you get a good lid. If yours fails early, you’ll be annoyed. Would I buy it again? Yeah, with the caveat that you’re buying a “desk + car mug,” not a backpack-proof thermos. Keep it upright. If you have shaky hands or need zero spills, the lid might drive you nuts. For me, the microwave-safe handle and the fact that it fits everywhere make up for the lid weirdness. It does exactly what I need 80% of the time. That other 20% is me side-eyeing the lid while I’m walking to the car.

I bought my first Copco Cone travel mug while traveling for my company about 24 years ago. TRUE STORY- I was doing my Arizona tour of small towns and had forgotten to bring my Yeti on this trip. I stopped at a convenience store in Winslow, Arizona and bought one of these, and oh my Lord what a sight to see, and as I write this it is still with me! It is light weight, it holds 16 oz of coffee ( I drink 8oz caffeinated and 8oz decaf) with room for cream and ice, has a retractable sipping hole cover, the lid will not pop off if dropped full of coffee (I have accidentally tested this several times), microwavable to reheat, washable (including the removable sip hole cover device). I still carry this when traveling 24 years later, and I wouldn't leave home without it. I use it at home every morning as well. Best mug I have ever owned! The picture shows my original mug on the left with coffee in it this morning, and the new one that was just delivered about an hour ago. I didn't see the same dark brown color offered or I would have bought it. P.S., I retired my Yeti, and I also bought one of these for each of my 3 grown sons who a travel a lot!
