It did come in as advertised and fits well on my queen. But does slide around a bit. I washed it on cold/gentle, and low dry. But my husband and I kept waking up hot and sweating throughout the night. I will give it a few more days. If this continues will have to return.

I bought this because I'm an oven when I sleep. Plus, it's insanely hot in California. So in regards to comfort, it's a 5 star. It's super plush and it makes you feel like you're on a cloud almost. In the efforts of the chill factor, it sorta does what it says. When you initially lay down, it's pretty chilly and you can feel the instant relief. However, if you sleep like a log, like I do, it does get warm since the topper tries to disburses your heat. I feel like the material is what makes it cool, so if you move occasionally in your sleep, this is perfect. Not going to lie, it does help cool me down. I feel as though I get more restful sleep now than I did. But 4 out of 5 stars since I'm still not able to find the perfect item to cool me down during my sleep. ... show more

This was really waterproof mattress protection but the negative part is that if you put it in the dryer, it shrunk. I tried putting it on low fry but it takes forever for it to fry. Other then that I think this is really good product!
