Does everything you would expect. The thickness and cooling aspect is perfect. I just wish the button was higher, or at least had a second set higher up. I put in my own set of buttons. On me, the original button on all four was mid sternum and I wish it was more towards the collar bones (like one of the photos show).

Works great. Rinse it in cool water every 15-20 minutes while outside doing yard-work in south Florida summer heat and humidity. Wearing it under my hat keeps me nice and cool.
