I was having shoulder pain waking me up at night. I couldn’t arrange my pillows to get comfortable so I researched on line and decided to try this as a last resort. It definitely helps although it isn’t 100%, it is better than before. It’s definitely worth trying.

It takes time to adjust to this new pillow. It has taken the strain off my neck. If you have a small head, order the small size pillow. If large get large. Got a cpap or ipap? Running the hose behind and under the pillow helps keep the mask in place while sleeping.

This bamboo neck pillow case is something I really want to love, but it had a tear in it, which I saw when I went to put the pillow in it. It's a small tear, but still... The material not particularly soft. The material needs to be smooth and soft and it's not smooth. It has little divets in it, which can leave marks on the face. It was a bit snug trying to fit it, but I did eventually get it on the pillow. It could stand to be a bit larger The best thing about it is that it's mostly natural fabric. If they make it a bit larger, smooth and soft and stronger, I would buy it and recommend it. ... show more
