I love the Lake Green color and I love the style of this luggage set. However, you can definitely tell the price you are paying is not high end AT or Samsonite luggage quality. The top and bottom sides, the lock side and side with the 'feet' will push in easily with 2 fingers; the front and back wavy patterned sides are more reinforced. It is a lightweight set; keep that in mind. The packaging is pretty good and safely wrapped. Yet, someone had a bright idea to put those tear off tags under the top seam of the luggage . . . And everyone knows they never tear off correctly, so now, on all the luggage, I have pieces of white tags showing brightly from under the zipper seam (see photo). Also, the seam on this piece has fabric coming out from underneath it that is part of the zipper, so I can't pull it off. I have emailed Coollife to see how they want to handle getting a replacement piece in lieu of returning all 4 pieces (would be a hassle). Will update when I have a response about the damaged piece and how well the luggage held up after use at a flight and cruise. Updated: they responded and gave me a $15 credit to cut the piece off myself and said they would honor the warranty if the zipper or seams come unraveled, so I agreed. Customer service was fast and responsive, so upgraded rating to 4 stars currently. Will update again if I feel the need after traveling for 3 weeks next month to see how well the luggage holds up.

I can't say enough good things about this suitcase. It fit a months worth of clothes and shoes, folded right of course. I love that one half on the inside you can completely zip close and don't have to worry about things shifting around. The bright color made it easy to spot when waiting for luggage to be unloaded at the airport. It rolls nicely and the handle is comfortable. I was extremely discouraged after my trip, seeing how everyone else's luggage was broken, busted open, wrapped up in plastic by airline. I thought for sure my fair priced luggage wasn't going to make it based off how everyone else's looked. However, as mine popped out the baggage drop, I noticed not one broken wheel, no busted zipper, and the bright orange was still just as bright. The most damage the suitcase had was a few scuff marks from transport. I've never felt such relief at the airport than in that moment, with my perfect suitcase.

I purchased this set for a 10-day Christmas Cruise this December 20 through the Panama Canal with my family! My daughter told me to get Samsonite Luggage instead as it is a know quality product…We’ll she took her “quality Product” ultra expensive Samsonite 28” suitcase overseas on it’s maiden voyage…upon arrival back home…The suitcase was damaged beyond repair= reminding me of the Titanic! I haven’t used my beautiful pink luggage set yet but I am certain it will hold up a lot better than my daughter’s Samsonite did which cost for her 1 piece of luggage, 2X more than I paid for my entire Cool life set of 4 pieces!

I love the color and it has been easy to wheel. The inside has a flap to separate the two sides and has pockets in that flap for small items. It was fine for a carryon with American and United. The color is a pearl white and the matching case is a nice extra. Cons- doesn’t expand, tips easily when the case is on top, the make up case has straps inside that prevent it from laying open flat, you can’t pack both sides at once. This has been on 3 trips with me so far. It has held up nice and didn’t get black scuffs all over it. So far so good…

I bought this for my mother-in-law and loved it so much. I was sad to leave it with her has a very smooth glide and very convenient strong lots of room. It has a smoother glide than my Samsonite, which was much more expensive and didn’t have the extra carrying case. I found the carrier case really convenient for knickknacks, but also to bring food on board. I used this for an international flight (25 hours) and was very very pleased.
