Really pretty luggage and I love that it comes with the cosmetic case that can sit on the top of your luggage. The quality is just ok nothing spectacular. I definitely intend on buying a protective cover for all 3 pieces soon. The 28in came with a small black scuff and white small scuffs that I was able to wipe off with a Lysol wipe. Finally upgraded our luggage after our old America Tourister luggage wheels broke. We used this set recently for a trip from Upstate NY to LAX. No direct flights, so had 1 connection which I feel also adds to the luggage handling behind the scenes. All 3 pieces held up; nothing broke. They were the least expensive out of the coollife line. Functions beautifully, lightweight but super strong, looks nice, withstood all air and handling abuses, has great storage elements in each case. So I had decided this was the year for travel and purchased these since I normally only travel with carry one. They’re very cute and surprisingly not many other travels had suitcases this shade which was great at the carousels. They are kinda thinner than I expected but durable hopefully I can get a few years out of them. I was running all over NYC with the two smaller ones and with all the broken escalators their light weight came in handy so that was a great plus. I’m not sure how to reset the TSA lock but that did help with the keeping everything sealed Update I received assistance from the company on resetting the tsa lock which was greatly appreciated. ... show more
