First off I need to mention this is my first set of hard sided luggage. I been a little skeptical to purchase hard sided luggage due to storage capacity and breakage. I finally gave in and order this set after days of looking at reviews and researching. I must admit I was still skeptical when I placed my order and did not get my hopes up too high. Yesterday I received the luggage and to my surprise I loved it! First off it is beautiful...the color and contours of the bags are just as the pictures. Not that this really matters but still its the first thing I noticed. As I started to unpack each bag I looked at the design, feel, material, etc. I was very surprised at how light each bag was but at the same time seemed very sturdy. This was something I was not expecting. The zippers glided smoothly and the TSA lock was very easy to use. The interior was more roomy than I expected and I rolled it around my house and the wheels were great! My first trip is coming up next week and I am excited to use it for the first time. Literally just stepped off my flight and this is what my bag looks like. Not impressed! First time using this bag....bought it specifically for this trip. No email to contact the company. Hopefully you see this because it needs to be replaced or refunded!!!! Unacceptable!

Ordered these for a trip even after reading some negative reviews. My thoughts were can't please everyone so we gave them a try. Absolutely glad we did. We had NO issues what so ever,loved them. I travel daily and away from home overnight more than 300 days a year. Against my wifes objections I decided to use mine daily at work. After 3 months my luggage has held up great. Absolutely no issues what so ever. Our next trip I will order another one for me so it looks as good as my wifes. ... show more

I bought two sets of this luggage. The orange and the wine color. We used them on our trip from Nashville USA to Germany. I would give them a 5 star status but, one wheel broke half way through our trip on the wine color set. The wheels are made of some kind of plastic. I am hoping I will be able to get a replacement from the company. I do really like them. They are light and I loved that they can be locked. Other than the wheel on the one piece they roll nice. I hope I can come back and give them 5 stars. At first I gave this luggage a 3 star, as you can read above. Now I will give it a 5 star. Customer service immediately got in touch with me. They worked with me until I was completely satisfied. I was told they couldn’t replace the middle one because they sold them as a set. The replacement they sent in one day, matches very well. I’m happy with it. Their customer server is the best customer service I have ever worked with. This company is amazing. A couple emails, they called me personally and immediately there was a new one at my door. I would highly recommend these suitcases and this company. ... show more

My family and I were going on a trip to Spain, and I needed a new set. After reading reviews on a few different sets, I chose these for their color choice, the price, and the fact it came with three suitcases not two. From Albuquerque, NM to Los Angeles, Los Angeles to Washington DC, Washington to Barcelona, and back again. I’m very impressed with how well they held up. Some scratches on the exterior, which was to be expected. But zippers all held up and work great. They roll very easy, and the locks work great. For the price, I couldn’t be happier. Don’t waste your money. My wife traveled with this on American Airlines. First trip using this luggage—not durable at all. Ordered 4/22/2019. Outside 30 days and can’t return it now! Junk unless you’re using it for a car ride. Will not withstand air travel. The handle was stowed properly, so how does that get bent? Corners caved in. Garbage. ... show more

I received this luggage set a few days ago and so far, I am very pleased with everything about them. I was able to reset the TSA accepted locks that are attached to each of the three pieces of the set. After taking each one out, I was easily able to put them inside of each other, which gives me a need for very little storage space. This was one of the selling points for why I selected this set of luggage. I am excited to take them on my first ever cruise in several weeks and will definitely appreciate how little storage space they will take up in our cabin. The quality of these suitcases are very evident in many ways. They seem to be built with high quality and appear to be well worth the money I spent to purchase them.
