It arrived well packaged and on time. Upon unpacking, we checked all the zippers, handles and wheels; all is in perfect working order. My wife and I read a bunch of different reviews on luggage and decide on this Coolife set, we don't travel a lot and this should meet our needs nicely. What we like, so far: The wheels work effortlessly; the cases just glide along. The handles seem sturdy, work nicely and are easily adjusted for height. The zippers all work smoothly; be sure to keep the two sides lined up well and they should last. The TSA approved locks work well and are easily set to the combination of our choice. The design is unique and should be fairly easy to spot if we are checking our luggage for a flight. The three pieces store nested inside of the largest suitcase, which is nice; not necessarily novel but nice all the same. Possible negatives: 1. They close with zippers and not latches. Zippers are great until they don't work, then what do you do? 2. The "locks" just latch the zipper slider in place. Anybody with a knife could easily get into these suitcases. 3. The color looked like a Bronze/Brown color on-line, but they really are more of a Brown-Taupe color. They do look a bit bronze in certain light, I guess. Don't be surprised if the luggage you chose is not quite the color you are expecting. 4. The shell material is pretty light and flexible. It's definitely not the hard luggage of the 60's, 70' or 80's. All in all for our purposes, this Coolife Luggage, model #YD000075,, should work just fine. ... show more

I've traveled from the USA to Australia and all over the USA using this luggage set. The smaller size suitcase meets all USA airline carry-on requirements between American Airlines, United and Delta, and they are incredibly maneuverable around the airport. The carry-on also met Virgin Australia's carry-on requirements. My only complaint is that the shell is soft, which is fine for most travelers. If you have fragile items (glass / electronics / etc), I would recommend another product, or at least recommend you properly wrap them in some soft fabric. On a recent trip between IAH and PIT in August 2023, the luggage handlers in Pittsburgh broke off a wheel on the large suitcase and the vendor has been working with me to find a suitable replacement on the large suitcase. I got these during Prime Days because I travel a lot for business and pleasure and am often checking a bag. Checked bags go through a lot of wear and tear so every few years I need to replace some pieces. These are light yet sturdy and so far, the wheels feel solid. I used the large size and the carry-on on a two week trip to Alaska and it held up beautifully. Through flights, cruise, trains, hotels and innumerable transfer shuttles, there were no problems. The large size weighed 3 pounds less than my old cloth suitcase and held more. No problems with wheels or dents or zippers. I’m so glad I purchased this before my trip. The only thing I was disappointed with was that only the large size has the expandable zipper. I must have missed that in the description but I can live with that. Lightweight, easy to carry, gorgeous color, handling or rolling the luggage is easy too. They also have a great customer service. One of my luggage had a crack and they were able to replaced it.

Took this on a week and a half tour in Europe. Yes I said tour. We moved ever day or two so these were handled a lot with no issues. Oh and no issues with the 62 linear inches either.

The TSA locks on the middle & small suitcase worked; it did not on the large one. As I do not travel often I simply purchased a lock for the largest suitcase separately. Have not used them yet so as to durability I can only guess, but they seem to be well made.

We just flew with these to Mexico for 9 days. I had plenty of room for everything I needed and then some, I even overpack most of the time. These held up great, I had no issues with them.
