I really thought this was a nice piece of luggage! I used this on a round trip. Worked great on the departure , then I went to zip up going back and it broke. VERY disappointed in this being an Amazon choice … Really! I go to use the 2 year warranty and they tell you send it back to Amazon. Went to Amazon and the 30 day window is closed. Terrible!! I’m going to find something nicer and way better quality and service. Update: I have to give this Coolife 5 Stars now! They contacted me after seeing my review and wanted to help make it right. First they offered $50.00 and I declined to only explain why. I paid $140.00 and I felt they should do the right thing and replace it. Yes, I was 30 days past and it doesn’t seem fair for any luggage return. Especially after the trip wasn’t planned for another two months out. Luggage is supposed to last a long time I thought. We left a month later, went on a eight day seven night vacation. The luggage worked great going through the airport and arriving on the ship. Coming home was a different story as stated above our zipper broke. This is what I told them when they had contact me wanting to help. I really have to say their customer service is outstanding as they responded without delay. They emailed back-and-forth so they could rectify the problem and make us happy. I was really impressed because a lot of times you get the runaround and they are what real customer service should be! They asked for me to change my review, before I receive the luggage and again I stated no. I thought that they should send it first. Then I can a updated an honest and well deserved review! I was sure they wouldn’t agree to this. Lo and behold it arrived at my door brand new at 8 o’clock on a Sunday night… WOW! This Company is outstanding, your customer service is impeccable and who stands behind their product! Thank you so much for working with us, we’ll see you again in the future! I was hesitant to buy this roller because I had never heard of the brand, but I needed something with its exact size and features. I have to say that I am impressed! This suitcase endured a month-long trip to Germany that included airline transfers in Atlanta, and all the usual airport and customs handling. In Germany, it was subjected to being pulled along the stone block streets and sidewalks that are everywhere. It was loaded and unloaded numerous times from a bus as part of a tour, and later moved several times from hotel to hotel by a transport company as part of a hiking expedition. Through all that handling, and being pulled over rough surfaces, the roller shows almost no wear. There are some minor scuff marks, which are to be expected. But the outer shell is solid and dent-free, the pull-handle is intact, the wheels are in fine shape, and all the zippers and locks performed perfectly. It's hard to imagine a suitcase getting tougher treatment than was received on this trip. I would definitely recommend this brand and model. ... show more

20" is not expandable, but has built in TSA Lock, very light weight, quiet wheels, and telescope handle. Uploaded and included in this review are a total of 18 pictures: 6 pictures showing all sides of the exterior, 6 pictures showing the inside, including the tear, and the last 6 pictures are showing each handle adjustment from all the way down to all the way up in succession. I like that this 20" luggage is the size I needed for traveling by plane in order to avoid checking in any baggage. The blue color is perfect for me. The wheels are very quiet. The "hard" exterior is "thick", flexible plastic that has a lot of give and causes me to be extremely careful with it as it is housing my CPaP and other medical supplies I need for my travels. I did not buy a "soft" fabric luggage in order to protect my medical supplies from any damage. I thought this luggage was thick plastic and would not give, hence protecting my medical supplies from any possible damage from airport personnel. (Thankfully it did not happen during this trip, but concerned it may at future trips) As some of the other reviews were showing zipper seperation issues, I can certainly see why... it is not a good quality product. (It's definitely made as inexpensively as possible.) Also, after one full trip of four days and 4 planes, the seperation fabric on the inside of my luggage has torn up at the top where the outer zipper meets. (See pic - It is actually about 4 fingers wide, but I only stuck 2 fingers in to show the image better and to not rip it any further) The fabric is not high quality and is not durable for too much usage, especially if you are trying to utilize most all space of the luggage compartments as I needed to. However, I still had enough room as to not stretch or give undue pressure to the fabric or zipper, so not sure how it ripped. I was very cautious with this piece during my entire trip. I figure it may have happened while going through one of the security checkpoints, but I expect a product that costs $89.99 +Taxes (nearly $100 in total) to be a much better quality in materials and design. The handle too was having issues, when it was telescoped up for usage in maneuvering the luggage on its wheels, it kept moving down when I put the slightest pressure on the release button, which is on the top of the handle and unavoidable. Poor design - the release button should be accessible under the handle (and maybe smaller) to avoid this. I do not recommend this product and am thinking I probably should have went with a piece double the price. I went with this piece because I am disabled and was traveling by myself and the light weight design and the incorporated TSA lock is what sold me into buying this piece, in addition to the price. ... show more
