I have had zero issues with these and used them when moving twice for far. Nothing has been damaged or broken during the move. Wheels have stayed in tact even during shifting on a 8 hour drive. I believe one might have a small scratch but like for the price I don’t care. If I had paid twice as much money I would care about the scratch. I generally do carry on for planes so I can’t say how they will hold up if someone is chucking it under a plan cause they do chuck them ... show more

This luggage set held up to the transatlantic travel, the many stops in between, and back again with only a few bruises. After reading the reviews about wheels failing I was a bit concerned. I’m happy with the color selection too!

Ease in maneuvering through congested areas in airport with the carry on size luggage and even though compact; it had room for 4 days clothing. Light to lift and stow in overhead compartment as well.

I've had these suitcases for almost exactly 2 years, tons of trips with them, both domestic and 2 trips to Mexico. They have generally held up well, some scratches but that is to be expected. I have been SUPER careful with the wheels given so many bad reviews about them breaking (esp going down stairs). The sad thing is that airlines are cracking down on suitcase sizes, particularly ones like Frontier and Spirit, both the small carry on one and the largest one are too large (the small one by over an inch and the large one by .5 inches. The industry has become a joke and I think picked these sizes as most luggage is just slightly over that, thus forcing us to fly with even less (while charging more), but I digress. My point is, these have worked great for me....and if you are using them to fly, you unfortunately may want to reconsider. Or be prepared to pay hefty fines. :( ... show more

I got this luggage and then our trip was canceled. So, I waited to write a review till I could use the luggage. I finally did and it does not stand up. On arrival I was happy with the luggage. Great look, wonderful color, lots of space, zippered divider, extended 2 year warranty, etc… Took it on a trip and found it doesn’t roll as well as my husbands (which is a different brand). His wheels also don’t stick out as much and are therefore less of a problem in overhead bins. I also think that contributes to it not wheeling as well and wanting to tip often when changing surfaces to leaning on two wheels and being pulled, instead of gliding along. The 2nd time I used the luggage the interior divider ripped below the zipper as I was zipping it. I’m not thrilled but, there is a 2 year warranty so I figured, not a big deal. It took me a bit to figure out how to contact them. Apparently it is all done through Amazon. For the rip in the lining (right below the zipper on the divider) they said that after “…Taking into account the long time and energy that it would take to process a return….” That I keep the product and they will give me a refund of $20 for the inconvenience. I let them know I don’t want $20, I want a fixed item. They wrote back and said after checking with a supervisor they can do $35 refund, but they only offer partial refunds for lining issues….. I’m not happy. Not with the product, the warranty or the customer service. Needless to say, I would not recommend and will be putting that partial refund towards a better quality of luggage from a different company. *****Update after the above review: After leaving a 1 star review Coollife called me and told me they they felt bad about the issue and wanted to offer me an additional $30 refund. I said okay, and then they told me I would need to delete my review or update it to 4-5 stars and then they would issue the refund. I politely told them that I would not delete or give them 4-5 stars for a $30 payment. I was then asked if I would update to 4-5 stars or delete my review for a new piece of luggage to replace the one that was damaged. I let them know I would delete my review but not upgrade their stars if they fixed it by replacing my 28” which is currently the problem. The man let me know they would send it as soon as I deleted it. I asked him to wait and took screenshots of my review before deleting it. I let them know I deleted it and then was informed that since I bought a set the luggage what they send will be different then what I bought since they will be sending one sold individually instead of in a set. I asked if it would be the same color at least and was told it will be similar. They then sent a link for me to choose. I bought a dark purple set. My options were: Caribbean blue, Charcoal, Radiant Pink, and Teal. None of which are even close to my color. I choose the Caribbean blue and will have a clashing set until I buy something else. I would say the replacement suitcase is a nicer piece than the set ones. More zippers inside the lining, a better lock, etc. However, I am upset that they didn’t tell me in advance and waited till I deleted my original review before giving me all the catch-22’s that I never would have agreed to. Also, I am upset that I had to fight with them to fix it in the first place. The set isn't bad for the price, but it won't last long term and isn't amazing. It is a middle of the road set where you get what you pay for. ... show more
