This is by far the best luggage I ever owned. The material is durable and quite scratch resistant based on my application thus far. I recently used this set on an international trip and I am really impressed. Its also the smoothest rolling set of luggage wheels I've ever experienced. The zippers hold up really well under extreme load. On my recent trip, I was on the move for about a week with only the carry on and boy oh boy it held up strongly. 10/10 recommend. Great for the price. I utilized and luggage cover for the 28' and the 24' so this may have aided with the scratch prevention. Happy with the purchase and I love the colour! ... show more

**UPDATE** The company has been very responsive via email. They have offered to send a replacement piece of luggage or a refund. I opted for the replacement piece & am waiting on its delivery. We've only used this for 1 flight so far, no issues at all, the largest luggage was checked in and it did well, no problems noted, we had filled it to 48lbs and expanded. The smaller bags were checked in, note that the 24" did not fit long way on the overhead cabin, it had to be turned on its side so the overhead cabin will close. Very happy with the price and quality of these bags, definitely a great buy! ... show more

*This is edited: The Cool Life company was very prompt in helping to correct the situation. They offered me a partial refund, as it was one bag in a set of three, or for a replacement bag to be sent.* I purchased this suitcase last summer during Prime Day with the intention of using it this summer. I was so excited about it, because it is my favorite color! The telescoping handle broke after my first use... it was incredibly disappointing, and because I purchased it last year, the warranty has of course expired. I only used the carry on size for this trip, but don't have high hopes for the handles on the other bags at this point. ... show more

Very sturdy wheels on all 3 suitcases, really durable light weight material that was used to make these suitcases. Corner bumper pads on all the corners of the outside of each suitcase. Only the smallest one doesn’t have the 2 corners covered due to the lines in the design. They are the most beautiful turquoise color that I’ve ever seen. I’m so glad I picked these after asking a traveler on vacation how did he like his large suitcases and he said they are holding up very well after 10 trips on the plane they still look great and there very durable. I asked him where did he get them and what kind they were and He said they were Coolife luggage and He purchased them from Amazon. ... show more

Arrived in great condition. I checked each luggage thoroughly as some reviews stated they received damaged luggage or had non functioning zippers/wheels. The zippers and wheels were fine. The true test will come when we travel. I will update this post.

We used the large suitcase for maybe four different trips. After our most recent trip, the button broke, and we can’t raise or lower the handle. When I inspected what happened as you can see in the photos, the arm off of the button snapped and so it cannot reach the bars to raise or lower the handle. When I emailed the seller they offered a partial refund to help resolve things which was adequate given it only happened to one of the three luggage pieces. ... show more
