I am pretty hard on my luggage. I usually load up my luggage with almost exactly 49 lbs to avoid heavy luggage fees at 50lbs+, and I tend to use the collapsable handle even while going over concrete sidewalks etc. Its not uncommon for me to break wheels. Well sure enough, one of the wheels broke on my luggage but I noticed that I could remove the entire wheel housing and it even had a standard luggage wheel size, A-03. So I contacted the company to get a replacement wheel and while Cool Life Luggage does not sell replacement wheels, they went ahead and refunded me $54 for the cost of the piece of luggage with the broken wheel since I was still barely within the 2 year warranty (literally on month 23 of the 2 year warranty). So I used that money to order a $15 set of replacement A-03 luggage wheels off ebay! I will post an update when my wheels come and I replace the broken wheel. Should be super easy since the wheel housing is just held on with 4 Philips screws. Super easy to remove the housing, I just made a small incision in the liner near the corner of the wheel I was taking off, just big enough to put my index finger inside. Then I pulled off the sticky plastic cover that covers the screw heads, then unscrewed the screws and voila, the wheel housing came right off. Highly recommend this company. Getting the refund was SUPER easy. I think I just googled "cool life luggage" and found their customer service email. They were super quick to respond and I just sent them some pictures of the damage and told them my amazon order number and they refunded me within 24 hours. These babies can hold A LOT of items! They roll SOOO smooth, they just glide next to you We recently went on a cruise vacation for a week and these babies were our savoirs! Love that they have a whole sleeve where you can put your toiletries or your undies in a safe area, and zip away a whole section! I did have some lotion explode in my suit case and the separation sleeve thing that you zip protected my tulle dress! Very durable, I highly recommend!! They did get scuffed up, but that's why I chose the black color. I will advise you to get a color strap or some other color indicators because this suitcase style is very common at the airport and can easily be mistaken especially if you get a dark color like black (like me) I got XXL like green tags and neon green velcro strap covers so get a different color hehe they also fit into each other! I purchased this set to replace my old suitcase. These are definitely light weight and I love the multiple available colors that you can choose from. I do a lot traveling for my job and this set was perfect. I mostly use the small & medium size. If I was to go on a trip longer than a week to maybe 10 days I could see myself using the larger case. I absolutely loved this luggage. So elegant, nicely made. It smelt so bad I had an allergic reaction, had to send back. so if ur sensitive to that new car chemical smell then stay away but very nice and easy to roll.

We recently spent three weeks in Japan and bought these skeptical that they would hold up and honestly they did really well for the amount of things they had to endure for the international trip. Not only did it survive the flight there with no issues but we had to drag the suitcases through Japan multiple times and luggage forwarding services and made it back. I travel for business and therefore needed a new set of luggage that could hold up to two to three flights per week. I have had these close to a year now with well of 100 flights through 3 different airlines and these still work great. I mainly use the small and medium sized bags the large bag is just too big for what I need. Yet the wheels have stood the test of time and the zippers aren't bursting out of them. This is the longest lived set of luggage i have had with the travel that I do. These suit cases made me so happy. Had all 3 they fit inside each other easily. They are light weight had a good amount of room in all 3. Easy to move around and transport even while full. My husband and I have been wanting new luggage for a while now. We hadn’t done it yet due to expense of the quality of luggage we wanted. Then I found these….. I was hesitant due to the affordability, but wow!! 12/10. We flew to a cruise port, cruised, then flew home. Our experience checking into airport and cruise port was a breeze with these suitcases! They roll so easily. I’m very small and luggage is often a PITA. These took all that frustration away. I might not actually hate traveling now! If you’re looking for some affordable hard sided luggage I highly recommend giving these a go. Of course, take it with reason. They did scratch on the first flight. No concern of mine.
