First- Don't be afraid of light leaks. They are caused during the sewing process -- no matter where you get a tent. I haven't checked mine yet but expect to find some pinholes. Shouldn't be anything excessive but there are some easy fixes out there. This thing is decent. Feels a little less than sturdy until it is 100% together. I thought it was going to end up flimsy but it surprised me and was sturdy upon full assembly. I think the shelf side is perfect for replacing with a trellis net and scrogging a single plant, or for keeping one or two mother's and a tray of cuttings. I'm using mine to grow vegetables and herbs for my reptile and raise his feeder insects. I especially like one feature the most and it is a simple one: there is a divider panel that separates the smaller shelf side from the bigger chamber. But it is removable...meaning I can scrog the main area and enter into the shelf side to tuck my plants under my trellis or get a look under the canopy. This thing offers versatility, in a single word. I can remove the shelf and use the entire tent as one area, or separate into two and use one for veg and one for flower, or use one for a mother and cuttings and the other for flower. I can scrog or I can sog. I could almost do both. ... show more

3.5 stars....Pros: well made, easy zippers (you do have to gently work them at first), lots of vent options, ample room Cons: directions - not good. Suggest you build frame inside tent as I have no idea how you could stretch around frame. Did leave 1 piece that didn't connect properly. Did a work around, but a better design would be tohave the final piece to telescope/ expand or have a middle elbow joint to push into tension last. Just a thought. Biggest con is that the extra bars that create a spine don't fit correctly and are thus useless for trying to hang something ... show more

I like having a separate vegetative space from flowering space. I did not like the light leaks from the center dividing wall (velcro). I wish it was a bit taller. Grows peppers and tomatoes indoors well.

This tent almost doesn’t fit the frame. The specs are off by 1-2 inches and it can cost you time just trying to put it up. *TIP: Install the frame from the INSIDE of the tent. Is is nearly impossible to do it any other way. The price is good but beware the install. They need to adjust the measurement it is TOO tight and you have to be careful not to rip. ... show more

This tent is sold with a divider intended to create two (or possibly three) separate areas where lights can be ran at different schedules. While this sounds good in theory, in practice I find it is much easier to just designate this as my seedling through veg tent as both phases can be ran with lights on the same cycle. The wire shelf is perfect for a heating mat and germination tray with the remaining area free for vegging "tomatoes". When it's time to flower I find a separate tent with a separate light regimen works best. The quality of the material is decent for the price, but the "drip pans" included could really benefit from a pvc frame to help them hold their shape. Light leaks were quite minimal and easy to patch up with just a couple pieces of white duct tape. Overall this is a quality product (3'x4'x70") and quite adequate for the first tent in a two tent cycle. I'm not sure how feasible this would be for running all three main phases at once as preventing light pollution with the included divider might be a challenge. ... show more

Well at first I was mad I had a slim timeline and got sent 1 big tent too big no 2-in-1 not even a "cool grow" tent"was white not green to completely not what I paid for had to contact them and Amazon I was nervous of a scam after I got a tracking number that led to nothing BUT GOT SENT THE RIGHT INFO ON TRACKING A DAY OR 2 AFTER A FEW DAYS ALREADY they was LEGIT I got the right tent now it's a cool grow tent nice green and it's a 2-in-1 awesome I'm happier now the tent is great good price ez to put up strong. And the biggest thing if they mess up THEY WILL FIX IT! no problem if I need to I'd buy again thx! ... show more

Assembly was easy enough,(pieces are numbered). For the cover-Unzip all the zippers and slide from the tray side(right) toward the larger space(left). I just set up some small plants under a light today in the upper section. Plenty of access points to run cords. Material seems sturdy, my only worry spot are the zippers. ... show more
