  • Great Quality Budget Tent
Size: 32"x32"x64"
I ordered the 32 x 32 x 64. I was pleasantly surprised when this arrived a day before it was supposed to. For a budget tent, the quality and sturdiness is impressive. I can't complain about light leaks - they're very minimal and the manufacturer provides a solution to them in the instructions (glue). It took me about 30-45 minutes to get the whole thing set up by myself. I highly recommend setting the frame up inside of the fabric to save yourself from a minor headache - I didn't do that, and in hindsight, wish that I had. It has plenty of vents and holes for duct work, as well as cables and cords from your machinery. I tested it without ventilation or exhaust and it quickly climbed up to 86 degrees in the tent with my 600W LED's alone. I added a small desk fan into the exhaust vent as a test and it dropped the tent down to 76 degrees in 10 minutes. The liner for the bottom of the tent is a nice addition to help with easy cleanup of any spills. I appreciate that the tent came with 2 cross-bars for hanging your equipment. It arrives in discreet packaging that does not readily identify the item on the inside. Neat viewing window let's me check on my babies without disturbing them. TLDR; Very reflective, very airtight, very user friendly, somewhat simple setup by myself. ... show more

  • Worth it!
Nice build. The zippers are heavy duty, no problems there. The inner mylar is a good quality, and I like that there is a separate floor piece which fits in there, so you aren't actually standing on and having plants on the tent floor itself. The window is a nice addition. The vent and electric cord holes are double walled, with two tightening strings. This works well and makes access for bugs from the outside much more difficult. I have no complaints. If there is anything additional I'd like to see, it would be an additional top support bar, so one could have two bars horizontal and one bar vertical (in relation to the top space). An additional bar would easily allow me to hang lights from the other side of the tent as well. I'm only using one side for lights right now, the other side allows me to sit in there to check the hydro water and make adjustments. There is a small gap on the bottom and top above and below the main zipper on the front door. The gaps are small, and there is a flap which velcro's down in front of these gaps, but it isn't sealable and easily bugs could get in here. This isn't a big deal to me, but it could be more of an issue for someone else who needs that sealed. I have put a piece of duct tape on those small spaces to seal it. You don't see the duct tape from outside the tent, because the velcro flaps hang down over them. I was able to assemble this myself, but it was quite difficult. I ended up draping the canvas over my head and back and slowly walking it onto and over the frame. It wasn't easy, but it's manageable. I'd recommend having someone help you install this. The frame was a breeze to setup, but putting the canvas tent over the frame, much more difficult. The company showed quick responses and good customer service. My original order with them I canceled, as I was second guessing my choice in tent size. They allowed me to cancel without any trouble, and soon after I bought the size I really wanted. Very happy overall. Glad I ordered this. ... show more

  • FANTASTIC TENT...PROTIP for instal
Size: 36"x36"x72"
Tent is pretty amazing for the price. The whole thing is kindy flimsy BEFORE you get the tent on. After that its stiff as can be. NOTE!! WAY EASIER TO BUILD THE TOP AND BOTTOM, AND HALF OF THE HEIGHT POLES, PUT THE BOTTOM IN THE TENT WITH THE EXTENSION POLES THEN LIFT THE TOP SECTION UP INTO THE TENT(YOUR STANDING IN THE TENT) THEN HAVE SOMEONE CONNECT THE TWO SECTIONS AS YOUR HOLDING IT UP. That's my two cents. Wrapping the damn thing will try your patience BUT. when it's all done you have yourself an amazing little tent. Would absolutely buy again. Why spend hundreds more whe this is exactly what I needed. And its super reflective inside, the material inside and out is super duty. The inside is considerable thicker than I imagined, has the hammered look to it. The zippers are good. Gets kinda hung up on top left, but just guide it and not pull like a crazy person and you'll be good. I open it like twice a day and it seems like itll last more than a few grows. Over all I looked at every review and landed on this one for price and its reviews. Once it's up you'll love this thing. Great product ... show more

  • Cheap and sturdy, but zippers bad and lots of light leaks
I am a serious grower. I have several tents. For the price of this one I’d consider it disposable after a year. Like too many of these tents, the zippers are the weak point. Inevitably they catch the backing lining that is supposed to prevent light leaks and pull threads that get caught in the zippers, eventually making the zippers come apart. Truthfully, I’ve never seen one of these Chinese-made grow tents that didn’t have this problem (which I fix by putting a duct tape wrap around the zipper inner lining on the parts of the zipper track that see the most use, and by lubricating the zippers with WD-40, both of which i do as soon as the tent is assembled now). But even so this one comes out of the box a little leakier than most. You can clearly see pinholes of light all over it in a dark room, and the zippers let some light through even when new. It’s not suitable for photoperiodic plants unless you set it up in a dark location you can KEEP dark for the necessary 12+ hours, reliably. For $100 it’s one of the cheapest 4x4 tents out there, and as I said, best though of as disposable. As they go, it’s relatively easy to assemble and has locking poles that give it good stability. Just don’t try to use it for photoperiodic plants in a lighted area. I suspect you’d be taking a risk with your crop. Updated: make that 6-9 months. Zippers are utter junk. ... show more
