It is spacious and has space for cutlery and napkins or any other needed items for your meal. It is really big, so there's enough room for a family of 8's picnic sandwiches! Its composition, from the premium fabric with which it was made to the interior insulation to maintain both cold and heat are professional materials of excellence. a variety of compartments to separate food from drinks and avoid getting wet. They keep the temperature in more than 6 hours without any coolant products and if you use any it can last more than 12 hours. LET ME JUST SCREAM YESSSSSS!!!!!!!! I have absolutely nothing I would change about this bag. I absolutely love every single pocket the entire design is awesome. Whoever made this obviously had a need and fully understands the needs of others because this checks off every box and some I didn’t even think of!! I bought this for work however right after it came my Husband has the surprise need for open heart surgery due to a birth defect that just came to notice. I had to drive back and forth and stay at the hospital with him for months and this thing was my lifesaver!!! It carried all the food and accessories I needed along with room for extra stuff I needed like chargers and books etc. Funny thing is I turned into a show girl for Thai thing because it got so much attention and compliments I was constantly recommending it to the workers and patients who admired it. EVERYTIME I came through security they’d check it as needed and every time we ended up talking about how awesome this thing is!! lol THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! 😊 VERY WELL DONE!!!!

I have been using this as my lunch box/tote bag hybrid for over a year now. It changed my life from being a three-bag girlie. Now I don’t need the extra bag. The large compartment is insulated and does a great job at keeping my freeze packs cold for about up to 6hours. It can carry 3 to 4 days of food, depending on how you pack. And there are plenty of other pockets for everything else. The front square pocket is large enough to hold my iPad mini. I carry my cords, AirPods, battery pack, ibuprofen, and some makeup in the small compartment on the front. And the hidden pocket on the back holds a ton of stuff too. I can’t speak for how it feels being carried on your back, but because it holds a lot I will say it gets heavy - I use it exclusively on top of my rollaboard with the luggage strap! Fits nicely on that travel pro we all carry. No sign of wear or tear on the straps or seams, even after a year of use. I did have one of the zipper pulls come off but that was an easy fix. Other than that, this bag has been a trooper for me with no signs of stopping. Highly recommend!

Love the concept is a great cooler, but as a backpack is is lacking, because it segments in the middle if you dont have enough weight in the bottom it curls up and is not comfortable to wear. Needs more support for the back of the pack.
