This is the cooler backpack you want to take with you when you are traveling and you need to keep food and medications cool. It allows me to safely carry my Insulin. Small snacks, drinks, and a nice sandwich/salad are my usual load out.

This backpack cooler appears to be really nicely made and has some great carrying options. The plastic liner in the cooler feels nice a durable. It feels thicker than I expected it to be. This of course can be carried like a backpack, but there are a couple other handles near the top so you can carry it like a back. Those handles are some wider strapping so it helps to distribute the weight. I like that there are mesh pockets on both sides so you can see what you are carrying in those. There are also a couple compartments at the top of the cooler which are nice for things like napkins, bottle openers, etc. There is even a built in bottle opener on one of the straps.
