Used for a month now by middle schooler who wears it all day (no time for locker ) and it is full of books, folders, and lunch every day. Wearing very well. Zippers are sturdy. I like that it does not have a bazillion pockets, zippers, and strings. Simply and sturdy. The lunch packet is great, but it does share space with the main compartment. You cant just throw a sandwich or bag of chips in there or it will get squashed by all the weight on top of it. I put everything in plastic containers to avoid the issue. The shoulder straps are a tad loose as I have to adjust them once a week or the bag is riding on his butt. Perhaps my son is playing with the straps while he walks, but I could not get a clear answer. But 20s once a week is not a big deal.

I've been using this backpack for school and often for camping excursions. I wish it had more products but the existing ones are good. I like the feature of the mesh pocket that can carry any weird object that wouldn't fit inside. I take this backpack to my classes and I carry sometimes fruits. In case you are wondering about the size of the insulated area, you can fit a large sparking later inside no problems. I knew what I was buying, just wish there were more pockets and sleeves for organizing the comparments inside. I think they designed for people with apple products, because the little pockets where one would put the charger blocks and maybe a mouse are small. Then again, I would also like to add a cushion to prevent the equipments from clashing into another.

Love this backpack! I use the bottom expandable aluminum coated compartment for food, put a Tuppersare container in there so food does not get crushed. Love the secret zippered compartment on the bottom/back. The basketball thing is weird but I don't use that. I have a charger in the poicket that connects to the cable for charging phone. It has the strap on the lower back that allows you to slip it over the extended handle of your carryon suitcase. Great feature. Many zippered compartments inside - but not too many (so you don't go crazy looking through a tone of compartments). However one of the inside compartment zippers brok after only a handful of uses which is kind of a bummer because now that compartment cannot be sealed. Could not find a way to contact seller after return window has closed to even ask about it.
