I got this board for my 14 yr old son this Christmas. It’s perfect for him. Board does have a little flex but definitely a quality board. No issues so far and it was by far his favorite gift in a long time.

Within 1 month (exactly one day after Amazon would have covered the return) the battery cells in the board went bad. It went down from a 10 mile range down to a 3. The seller won't communicate through amazon and makes you talk through a random gmail account. After ignoring all of your information they request you to send video through email. Email has a limit of 25mb, no room for video. Once you finally compress and send them the requested information of you unplugging and plugging the skateboard into an outlet. They stop communication with you. I was fortunate enough to have purchased a 3rd party warranty, that reimbursed me for the skateboard. If you buy this skateboard, purchase the warranty, the seller WILL NOT stand behind their product

We've had this bored for about a month now and it's already getting rusty screws and the battery is dying quite a lot faster than it did when we first got it.

The media could not be loaded. The board it’s pretty good for the money its also a good starting board BUT the breaking could be a little better because it takes a little bit to stop. Its a fait board tho im happy with my purchase.

I purchased this e-board with high hopes of an enjoyable and reliable electric skateboarding experience. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to battery-related issues and a complete lack of response from the company regarding my warranty claim. Within just six months of regular use, I noticed a significant decrease in the battery's power output. Initially, the e-board provided a satisfying range and speed, but gradually the performance deteriorated, leaving me unable to enjoy longer rides or reach my desired speeds. This unexpected decline in battery performance was not only frustrating but also hindered the overall enjoyment of my e-board. Seeking a resolution, I promptly contacted them to inquire about the warranty coverage and potential solutions. However, to my dismay, I never received a response from them. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain, and the lack of response left me feeling ignored and unheard as a customer. The combination of a battery that lost power within a short time frame and the company's unresponsiveness to my warranty claim left me with a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a product fails to live up to its promises, and even more so when the manufacturer fails to address customer concerns. While I understand that issues can arise with any product, it's the company's responsibility to provide satisfactory customer support, especially when warranty claims are involved. In this case, they fell short on both fronts. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this particular e-board due to the battery's premature power loss and the lack of customer support. If you're in the market for an electric skateboard, I advise researching alternative options with a strong track record of reliable performance and responsive customer service. Remember to thoroughly investigate the product and the company's reputation before making a purchase to avoid the disappointment and frustration I experienced.
