I purchased this e-board with high hopes of an enjoyable and reliable electric skateboarding experience. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing due to battery-related issues and a complete lack of response from the company regarding my warranty claim. Within just six months of regular use, I noticed a significant decrease in the battery's power output. Initially, the e-board provided a satisfying range and speed, but gradually the performance deteriorated, leaving me unable to enjoy longer rides or reach my desired speeds. This unexpected decline in battery performance was not only frustrating but also hindered the overall enjoyment of my e-board. Seeking a resolution, I promptly contacted them to inquire about the warranty coverage and potential solutions. However, to my dismay, I never received a response from them. Unfortunately, my efforts were in vain, and the lack of response left me feeling ignored and unheard as a customer. The combination of a battery that lost power within a short time frame and the company's unresponsiveness to my warranty claim left me with a sour taste in my mouth. It's disheartening when a product fails to live up to its promises, and even more so when the manufacturer fails to address customer concerns. While I understand that issues can arise with any product, it's the company's responsibility to provide satisfactory customer support, especially when warranty claims are involved. In this case, they fell short on both fronts. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this particular e-board due to the battery's premature power loss and the lack of customer support. If you're in the market for an electric skateboard, I advise researching alternative options with a strong track record of reliable performance and responsive customer service. Remember to thoroughly investigate the product and the company's reputation before making a purchase to avoid the disappointment and frustration I experienced.

The media could not be loaded. The board it’s pretty good for the money its also a good starting board BUT the breaking could be a little better because it takes a little bit to stop. Its a fait board tho im happy with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. First I want to talk about how I was able to set this up myself! I am so not handy and not text savvy so me being able to set this up myself means literally anybody could set this up themselves. The skateboard has a little power button that you turn on it also comes with a remote control they sync up and then you actually control the skateboard with the remote! It's pretty cool. It accelerates really fast but it's better when you have somebody standing on it because the weight slows it down. Kids could easily use this and or adults. This is so cool!

Really love this skateboard. LOVE IT. I got this thing about a month ago, and I've taken it out every single morning. I live in an apartment and I have a dog that needs a lot of exercise. In the morning, I grab her leash and she runs about 4 miles while I glide along. The fact that it has a 12 month warranty makes me very happy. If I get one year of use, it will be worth every penny. And when this thing does die, I'm going to buy another one. Really love this thing. By the way, I'm 6'0" tall and 190 lbs. This thing cruises.

My wife thought I was a little weird ordering a skateboard in my late 30s. But i'll tell you what: i've had a kid like smile on my face since playing with this e-skateboard the past few months. I HIGHLY recommend it...great value and fun factor. Pros: 1. No install. Ready to go out of the box. 2. Easy to use. 3. Fast, fun and controllable. 4. Great quality. 5. Awesome price. Cons: 1. I got this board for my 14 yr old son this Christmas. It’s perfect for him. Board does have a little flex but definitely a quality board. No issues so far and it was by far his favorite gift in a long time.
