I find this sweater a little itchy and a little long. I typically don't have that issue and usually find things to be too short for my torso. So this will likely be long for most people. I'm not sure why it's itchy and if it will stay that way after a break in. Besides those things I like the look and quality of this sweater and cool season is coming!!

This sweater has a nice luxurious look and feel. It does come vacuum sealed so I did leave it out for a couple of hours to return to a natural shape and size. Overall, I'm very pleased with the look. It can be dressed up or down.

When first opening the package and taking out the sweater I could immediately tell that it was going to be a little bit long. The color of the sweater is accurate but I don't really care for the feel of the material. It seems heavy enough but sweaters like this are usually softer. I think if this sweater was made out of cotton instead of polyester it would be a lot more cozy. It isn't bad, it just looks like it should feel softer than it is. Of course, if it was made of cotton I'm sure it would be more expensive. I ordered the x-large based on the item recommendation and it is slightly big for a slim fit sweater. I'm hoping that when I wash it that it shrinks a little. That would probably make it fit just right.

I really like the fit of this sweater. I am 5'5" 138lbs and the small fits well. I don't have a very long neck but I feel like the collar is a bit higher than it looks in the pictures. I can't really wear it as photographed with the collar up without being more of a turtleneck look, but it does fold down nicely and looks good. I like that it's warm and comfortable but doesn't make me sweat. It's comfortable enough to wear casually all day and nice enough to wear to an office job setting or evening out when you want to step up your look a bit. The buttons don't slip out easily or anything like that and the arms are snug but not constricting. I really like this sweater and can't wait for cooler fall weather so I can wear it more often. If you have the right, fit body type, it'll hug you in just the right way and help give you a slim look. I wouldn't mind having this in a few different colors or styles. I would recommend this to friends. Actually, I have a friend who's my same size who asked for the link so they could buy one as well.

Coofandy seems to be a 'hot brand' now. (August 2023) This three button style sweater is very nice. Understand that it is 100% polyester but it is very soft and drapes well. The thickness of the garment is betweeen light and medium - it is not a thin material. Interesting, it feels 'heavy' in weight but not in thickness which I'm guessing is because this is polyester. I ordered a size medium which is 41" in circumference at the chest. I normally wear a size 38 sports coat, so this sweater fits OK and is certainly big enough to layer over a button-down. The only thing that I felt might be 'off' was the length of the body. As you can see in the photos, the measurement from the shoulder (right beside the neck opening) to the hem was 28" which seemed a bit long. To be fair, I'm only 5'8" tall so certain items do hang long on me. (however other Coofandy items that I own are not this long). This is a very functional and fashionable piece and will look good with jeans, chinos or even nicer slacks. Do realize that it's not merino wool or cotton, but it looks quite nice with the herringbone pattern. (This is not a 'cable knit' as mentioned in the name of the garment) Regardless, this looks sharp -- Recommended!!!!

I was surprised to find that this fit perfectly right out of the shipping box. I was concerned it would be too slim cut and then, after washing, be impossible to fit properly. That was not the case. It being 100% polyester kept shrinkage from happening when it was washed. The cut is not bulky like so many sweaters are; this one is cut/tapered like a shirt so it is to your form yet not snug in any way. The material has a heavy warm feel to it yet, on this 90 F day, I wore it in the house for a bit without getting too warm. The sweater has breathability so you could wear it in the fall and in the early spring too. For the heart of winter, wear an undershirt beneath it to ensure you stay warm. The button collar can be worn spread out, buttoned up and turned down like a turtleneck, or buttoned part way with the collar standing up or lying down. I like that versatility as I'm not one to leave all buttons undone on a shirt. This was a pleasant surprise. I look forward to wearing it often once the weather turns cooler!
