While I occasionally go sock-less with some of my non-athletic sneakers, it’s generally not a great idea due to blisters and sweat. No-show socks are great for casual wear when I don’t want my socks to show but also as an option for those who want a more lightweight sock for sleep. These feel like a lightweight cotton but they are actually a polyester blend, with some silicone grips inside the heel area to mitigate slipping. I have to admit, the way these sort of precariously sit on my heels I thought they would slip down during walks but they don’t. The fit is close to perfect for my size 9 feet, and the silicone grip works well here. Hopefully they will continue to grip over time and after multiple washings. In terms of no show, it does depend on the shoe. With my regular canvas slip-ons, the socks are indeed “invisible.” But with others, such as my slip-on sneakers in the photo, you can see a hint of the sock. This isn’t a huge issue to me though, but I did want to note that one may get different results depending on the shoe. Where I actually love these socks the most is for sleep! I love putting lotion on my feet at night to help with dryness, and socks are an ideal pairing here. However, my feet get so hot I end up tossing the socks in the middle of the night. These are soft, lightweight, breathable, and are comfortable day and night. While I wanted them for my shoes, they ended up being great for sleep too. These are better than other no-show socks I’ve tried because they actually stay on, and this is due to the silicone grip and also likely the quality of the material as well. For six pairs these are a fair value especially since, as I found, they have more than one use!

I love Converse shoes and was excited to try these puppies out. It's fun to pair no show socks with Chucks and a skirt. I like that this six pack came with a variety of neutrals - white, black and gray - that can go with almost anything. It states they are "crafted with premium fabric" but I'm not sure when polyester became "premium." They are 97% polyester and 3% elastane. It's pretty disappointing that I don't see any indication of sustainability listed with their fabric. Can't you use recycled polyester? How about cotton? I expect more from a brand that's been around as long as this and who's customers care about things like this. Those little plastic tags through the socks are also annoying. These were fun to try out but I'll stick to my Smartwools until Converse can do better, for us and the environment.

I love the no-show design. they disappear under sneakers, giving that clean "sockless" look while still protecting my feet. The elastic band feels secure without being too tight. The black and grey color scheme is versatile, pairing easily with most shoes. However, the "one size fits most" approach can be tricky–if you have smaller or larger feet, the fit might not be ideal. The socks are soft and stretchy feel. They hold up well after multiple washes, and the fabric doesn't thin out quickly. The silicon heel grip is a nice touch–it really helps keep the socks in place. The socks do deliver on comfort and durability and the price feels fair.

I've been wearing converse clothing & sneakers since I was a kid in 80s. Still have all the shirts & kicks. I ordered a new pair of low tops & since I'm in 50s now I decided I better get socks. I have to say the material for these socks are dreamy but they do NOT stay on. I'm so disappointed because all the reviews were great. They slip under heel as soon as I stand up after putting them on. I hate having to adjust them non-stop.

I've loved my Cons and Converse products for years, and these no-show socks are no exception! I wear no-shows all the time - at home around the house, with sneakers, tennies, flats, boots, and sometimes even to bed - and these are all-day comfy! They're on the thinner side, which means I can wear them with pretty much any type of shoe. The little silicone grips make sure they stay in place and the overall fit is just right (I'm a 7-8 shoe depending on brand and style). It's the same great quality as always, from a well-loved brand!

These Converse no-show socks offer impressive comfort and build quality. The polyester–elastane blend feels smooth, light, and soft against the skin, nothing like the coarse texture older synthetics were known for. They have excellent stretch and recovery, hugging the foot securely through the arch and heel without slipping inside the shoe. The material and finish feel a step above typical bulk packs. The knit is dense, seams are clean, and the low profile stays neatly hidden while still providing real support. Breathability is strong, keeping feet cool and dry even in snug sneakers. For anyone used to basic cotton socks, this modern blend is a clear upgrade, it's durable, comfortable, and really well suited for low-cut shoes like Chucks.
