For the price, this desk is hard to beat. It's about the same quality as other particle board / non-solid wood furniture I've come across. I needed something for a guest room that won't get much use. If you're planning to use it everyday want it to last more than a year or two, I'd look at getting something that is a little higher quality, but this was exactly what I wanted at a price that I was happy to pay. It also came very well packaged which is often an issue with furniture that has to be put together and is mainly particle board. I've often received delivery of this kind of furniture only to find something damaged, but with the way this was packaged, I'm guessing that sort of thing is rare. ... show more

This desk is sturdy and attractive. It more than suits my needs and has a generous size drawer. The only complaint I have is that the directions weren't very good for putting it together. They were only pictures and not very clear. It took a while, but was well worth it! I would purchase it again!
