(3) Remove thick controller cases. Is the 5V/2A USB power adapter (wall plug) included? No. The box includes 1 charging dock, 2 USB-C adapters, and 1 power cable. USB power adapter is not included. The USB-C adapter feels loose or comes out with the controller. What should I do? Fully insert the USB-C adapter. Lift the controller straight up when removing (hold the adapter if needed). This is an excellent universal controller charger. It doesn’t take up much space, and works with pretty much every controller with a USB-C port on top. It works with my Dualsense and Dualsense Edge controllers, Xbox Pro and regular controllers, and even third party controllers like my 8bitdo brand controller. It even accommodates controllers with back paddle attachments. As a controller modder, I appreciate this ability. The little tips that go in the top of the controller connect to the base easily. It’s a bit wobbly but honestly once the controller is placed and charging it’s not going to move and stop charging or anything. I think it fits a little looser to accommodate so many types of controllers. It’s honestly a super convenient little charger and I’m happy with it so far ... show more

The charger is made well doesn't seem to be of a cheap build though time will tell. I don't have a PS5, XBox or Switch Pro controller so I don't know how well those work with this charger dock. I do have a 8Bitdo Pro+ and Pro 2 controller it's the ones that look like an SNES and Playstation controller smashed together. Those both fit perfectly in the charger dock together and charge just fine. The LED on the front works as well and blinks red per each controller when there charging and turns solid green when there full. As you can see in my short video of the controller in the front showing red LED indicating that it's charging. The LED will stay solid Green if you put a fully charged controller in as you can see in the video the back controller was fully charged and green LED was on. I did notice that the LED would turn solid green but that my controller was still charging. But it only seemed that the charger had a little bit more to charge and then the controller was done charging. So maybe the docks LED turns solid green when the controller is only pulling so much power from the dock and since the controller was almost full it may have not been pulling as much power. At least that's my guess as to why the LED turned green a bit before the controller was done charging. Also the charging dock uses a microUSB cord instead of USB C to power it which is included. Seems kinda dumb to not use USB C for the whole build but maybe it would make the cost more. Well other then that it works great. If it decides to stop working I'll update the review. ... show more

Made of plastic but feels pretty sturdy. I am currently using the 8bitdo Ultimate 2C controllers on these and they fit perfect. Charging speed I'm pretty sure depends on where you plug it but I have not had an issue. Design is pretty nice and simplistic, it tells you which charger is and isn't charged. DO NOT BUY!!!!!! I just got this delivered and upon opening the package I immediately knew to return it. The type c adapter for the ps5 controller quite literally looks like a piece of plastic gullies together with the charging pins visible on the outside. When the controller is placed on the dock when I plugged in the charger adapter it wiggled a ton! There was way too much movement and it would undeniably break after very little use! Also its cable is a micro usb. That will not provide the proper amount of voltage to your controllers as they are different types of cable and plug ins for the adapters and will ruin your controllers batteries faster. So that being said….. CHEAPLY MADE ELECTRONICS ARE VISIBLE ON THE EXTERIOR POOR AND CHEAP DESIGN GLUED PLASTIC ... show more

It’s not expensive, and it does its job, charging two controllers, but it’s just not a quality item. The controllers aren’t secure at all when you place them in the charging slots, and when you remove them, the usb nubs come out with the controller. I’m sending it back and going with a dedicated controller stand and will just charge them individually instead. Maybe charging docks for brand specific controllers work better, but this universal solution just isn’t well executed. ... show more

I always buy a controller charger and batteries when I purchase a new console. This is a wonderful option for people looking for a charge base. I scooped up rechargeable battery packs at the same time and they work wonderfully together. This style of charger works great. I have had many in the past where the controllers hang off of the dock and after some time they just do not contact properly and give you grief. This style should last a long time and it takes up a small amount of space! ... show more
