The actual pad is a softer cloth. Which makes it harder to wipe clean if a pee accident happens but is softer. My baby seems comfortable while in it. The cover fully zips around it which isn't convenient for removing to wash. Pee accidents can soak through. It is good I just would put more of a waterproof cover on it ... show more
