Received a defective pad that the vinyl was separating from the pad and was discolored so I contacted customer support and they were wonderful to work with and sent over a replacement right away! We love this changer it’s worth the price we use it every single day multiple times a day and it’s so easy to clean! I will say it does get cold for baby especially newborns it startled my son a few times so I just lay a burp cloth down before I change him now! ... show more

This is a must have item. Soft easy to clean material. The leaks never go into the cushion. It fits perfectly on top of a changing table. The color is neutral and matches the room decor. We have been using this for a year. It’s good quality still looks brand new. Worth the money.

This has been super easy to clean, which makes a big difference when things get messy. It does get a little cold to the touch in an air-conditioned room, but that has not been a dealbreaker. It feels sturdy and well made, and it is clear why so many people recommend it. Definitely feels like the gold standard for changing pads.
