  • Very quiet ride
Size: 245/55R19
I bought four of these tires for my 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited. 245 55r19. First off, these were best prices that I had found on the internet and they were about $10+ cheaper than TireRack. Two day shipping meant they arrived really quick. I had a local Firestone dealer in Greenwood, Indiana put them on and they did a really super job. Granted, as I am writing this review, I have only had them on my car for two days. While my initial impression is very good, you have to weigh that against the fact I hadn't had them for but a fraction of time. The ride is very smooth, very quiet. These replaced some Hankook tired I also bought off Amazon a few years ago. Those tires didn't seem to hold up as well as I had hoped. They didn't give great gas mileage and towards the end, they rode very rough and made a lot of noise. My initial impressions on the visuals of these tires are that the tread pattern is very aggressive and looks to be very deep. The sidewalls are black and really very that outstanding. The branding on these isn't as impressive as my wife's Continental tires that I bought for her Sienna about 4 years ago. They aren't ugly, but so many other tire companies put a lot of work into the side visual impact of their tires. But you can't see the sidewalls when you are driving so it isn't a major issue. I bought these because of my personal experience with Continental tires. They last a long time are really are a premium tire. The work cars where I worked had these on their vehicles and they lasted a very long time. Well beyond their mileage expectations. I plan to provide some updates on this purchase as I like to inform other buyers about what is good so they can in turn educate others. ... show more

  • Quiet, comfortable, affordable.
Size: 235/65R18
Our Lexus RX350 had Michelins on it and I always felt they were very loud tires. Plus as they wore out wet traction suffered tremendously. I’ve always been a fan of Continental tires and after thorough research I settled on the CrossContact LX25, the recently-released follow up to the highly rated LX20. I’ve only put a few miles on them, a mix of spirited in-town and highway use but am already a fan. They’re quiet, comfortable, and have great traction. If anything changes I will update the review but I don’t foresee that happening. As always, Amazon had the best price and they arrived in 2 days. Size purchased: 235/65r18 ... show more

  • Great tire / quality issues
Size: 235/65R18
Tire is quiet, good, traction, lasts a long time - at least those made in Portugal. Amazon tires were made in Mexico and 1 of two has a radial pull. Radial pull is caused by tire ply misalignment when made. This maybe explains why Amazon was cheaper than everybody else (seconds or from problem manufacturing plants ?). ... show more

  • CONTINENTAL CROSS CONTACT LX25 All- Season Radial Tire-235/60R18 103H
Size: 235/60R18
These tires were purchased and mounted on a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe in December of 2022. Because it has only been 3 months since they were mounted, I can’t really give a review regarding the mileage. What I can say is that once mounted, the handling and ride comfort was instantly noticeable. I have driven in wet conditions since having them mounted and they do what they’re supposed to do very well. They were a bit pricey but they are better than many other tires that are cheaper and so you get what you pay for. They were delivered quickly and I recommend them as I am very satisfied with them. UPDATE 08/25/2024: These tires were purchased approximately 1 year and 8 months ago and are still holding up super well. The treads are still good and the handling, wear and road noise are well worth the price paid for them. I highly recommend these tires. ... show more
