I have been in search of a cup that would be considered leak proof without a straw because the ones with states usually are so hard to clean. I can across these and ordered immediately. Love that they have s button that my kids have to push down in order to drink and then automatically closes as they let go of the button. It has so far not leaked and has saved me a ton of Cleaning spills. Only thing is my 3 year old has smaller hands than my 5 year old so he has a hard time pressing the button and drinking at the same time so he will need to grow into these cups but I love them for my 5 yr old ... show more

Highly recommend these bottles. I just brought more, and see that I ordered the ones that need replacing almost 2 years ago. The kids each have 2 and use a bottle daily (we had more bottles but 2 seems to be the magic number when kids can keep track of them and don't lose them). The bottles are dropped frequently. The kids started using them at 4yrs old, and it didn't take long for them to figure out the button/tip/drink process. It's about 7yo when kids can figure out how to tighten the lid well enough that it doesn't drip. It's the button that fails, making it too easy to get pressed while in the backpack. But again, this is after 2 years. We only use them for water or thin liquids, no thick juice or something with pulp; that would make the lid gross quickly. I occasionally use a pipe cleaner to clean inside the top piece, but otherwise they go through the dishwasher. I used a label maker to stick on kid names, and those don't come off in the dishwasher. ... show more

These cups are our favorites! We have ordered them several times. They can take abuse and don't leak when left on their side. It is a little bit difficult to clean sour milk out of the lid - I know that thanks to my two year old hiding one of them (: but as long as you wash them same-day it shouldn't be an issue! Fits perfectly in my two pocket water bottle fanny pack. Easy to remove from pack and easy to insert into water bottle pocket. I have the 24 oz water bottle, and the drinking mechanism works the same for both products. It is easier to drink 14 oz in one sitting than with 24 oz bottle. My daughter is very accident prone and is always spilling water bottles or forgetting to put the caps back on. She's 6 though, and so is too big for little kid sippy cups. These are perfect for her! She loves them! You do have to be able to reach around and push the button so this may not be appropriate for littles but it's perfect for her. My 9yo son likes a LOT of water each day, and he's as clumsy as they come. These bottles are a lifesaver. We only use them for water, as I can't imaging trying to clean anything else out of them, but that's all he drinks for the most part, so it doesn't really affect us in that fashion. Because he has to depress the button to dispense water, there's no worry of it being left unlatched and leaking everywhere, and when an elbow knocks it off of every single surface in the house, it never causes a spill. One of these is by his bed, and one in his lunchbox. Usually another one or two floating around the house as well. I wish they had more colors, just so I could keep track! I'm getting another set now, as he's finally managed to snap off the plastic ring around the button. Bottle and seal still work, but button depression is not as smooth now, and we can always use another couple of these around! ... show more
