I was very hesitant about purchasing this as it is a lot of money for me and always skeptical on if I'm going to end up with something that is a waste of money and a pain in the butt to return? It was so easy to install, and fits perfect in my closet that had my washer hookup. I'm still learning how to use it as I've only had it a very short time and just did my second load of laundry but as I learn how to work it with shortcuts I'm finding that it was well worth my stress! The first review I read was from this girl that said she could fit a queen \ king size blanket in it which was important to me because that meant the drum was large enough to wash a decent side load of laundry. I have learned with playing around with it, that if you wash a load of laundry on wash only, then pull out the items that don't take long to dry and put that on the 60 Minute dry but pause it halfway through to check you'll find that your laundry is more than likely already dry. Then worry about the darks later you can even do what I do and hang up the really wet ones let them air dry for a while and then throw them in the dryer to finish. I was going to use the ventless but I found that it does not drive the clothes like I would like it takes longer so I bought a vent hose and ran it up the back and over the top and out my door with a delicate item dryer bag attached to the end of it to catch whatever lint and let my dehumidifier take care of the moisture. Or leave the door open due to the fact that it's right there by the door. I was very impressed with everybody's reviews and that is why I purchased this and I am so happy and so relaxed that I don't have to go plunk tons of money into the laundromat not only wear and tear on the car but gas money as well. This machine exceeded all my expectations. Keep the load size to their recommendations and only use a tbsp of detergent and your clothes will come out great. I'm using it ventless, and my clothes come out wrinkle free, with a quick shake. It does take some getting used to the dryer, but most clothes are pretty much dry as soon as they cool down. Jeans, towels, and other heavy items take a little longer, but well worth not having to go to the Laundromat. I can even wash a queen/King sized quilt (blanket style not a puffy comforter). Originally, I planned to have it installed like a regular washer, but have ended up using it at my kitchen sink. I purchased the quick connect on Amazon. It's quieter than I expected, about as loud or maybe a little less than a dishwasher. The setting I use most is the quick wash/dry and then sometimes add a 60 minute dry at the end depending on what I'm washing. I've used the pet setting and could not believe the outcome. If you're looking for a small space washer/dryer, I highly recommend. Just remember to follow the recommendations. I also have to give a shout out to the seller. They stayed in touch throughout the purchase and even after, asking how everything was going, if I had any questions, how they could help me have a great experience, asking me to please feel free to contact them with anything. I have never had such incredible customer service on the front end of a purchase before. I felt like they really wanted me to have the best experience with their product. Update for this washing machine. I bought it like 4/5 months ago and I just want to be realistic. 1.It is not big it's like a little smaller than a small washinging machine in your local laundromat. 2. If you put a mattress cover or a little more clothes than you should in there, it will not spin dry right. It will leave all of the clothes more wet than it should be. 3. It's low to load the clothes in. 4. It takes like 2 to 4 hours to dry the same load that was washed. 5. It is not worth 1300 which is what I am paying for. In conclusion I would just get a washing machine and a dryer rack. ... show more

The price ($979.00) was what I could afford at the time I needed a new washer & dryer, so after reading some reviews I decided to give it a try. It was delivered directly to my garage right outside my laundry room so that made it easier for my son to bring it in. We put it on my washer stand from my old front-loader unit so it worked out well. The spin cycle is 1200 rpm (which is crazy fast). Be sure it’s not over filled because then it takes forever to dry. The water needs to be emptied out of the coin catcher after each load of wash (it usually leaks a bit and runs under the unit) so I just keep an Armorall towel near the trap. It’s where the lint comes out & I’m hoping to really find coins in there some day. No such luck yet 🤣. I do recommend this unit because it is working out well for me. ... show more
