    • Difficult to assemble; missing hardware
This is a beautiful piece, however, there was an imbedded/seated screw connector missing from the top of one of the columns. Since I use this as a clothes horse in my bedroom it will work fine for light items. Recommend using electric drill for attaching the final small “hooks”. They were tough to attach by hand.     • Great Design, fits our entrance area perfectly
If you love a more contemporary design, this is a perfect addition. Rather sturdy and solid, and still uses a small footprint to fit in tighter entry spaces. There was a little bit of tension when connecting the legs with the two center pieces, but all in all easy to assemble.

    • I want to like it, but it leaves a lot to be desired
It was difficult to assemble, aligning the metal joints and the screw threading was not easy, and I ended up having to settle for a less than solid fit due to the screws not going all the way flush .. it is also a bit unstable with weight on it... I feel like it needs either a) more mass down low, or b) a wider base.. The wood quality is decent, but over all it doesn't quite work as good as it looks. ... show more

Unfortunately, the pictures don’t show the big plastic insert that covers the almost 2 inch hole that joins the two uprights. They don’t need to be saving on shipping by making it a two-piece design and using three plastic hole covers.

This is actually very nice, good quality. But be careful joining the three leg pieces. Make sure the top and bottom part of each leg fit together proportionately. One of the top and one of the bottom pieces were thicker that the others. So, those two pieces needed to be joined together. No problem though. May be unique to my purchase. ... show more

    • Nice Towel Rack
I actually got this to use in my bathroom as a natural looking towel rack. It’s fairly sturdy, and works well. It’s shorter than expected, but that’s on me, for failing to measure. Seems a little spendy for the size, but appears to be good quality.
