This fits my husband's head perfectly. Is very comfortable, and he loves having faux fur all over inside (feels great on a bald head). The mask could be a bit bigger, both wider and taller. Very warm hat and perfect for northern Michigan winters. I purchased two for myself and one to each of my adult children. I have a normal size head and it fits great-slightly loose so I could wear a beanie underneath if I wanted but it’s not necessary. I use the mask, too!
