It's absolutely everything I hoped and then some. There was a little bit of a learning curve in setting the amount of coffee to be ground & the locking mechanism that attaches the hopper to the grinder is a little bit touchy (once it's secure, it's secure but getting there is not straightforward) That's the downside..and I still give it 5 stars because it is very quiet, much faster than my previous grinder, the hopper is generously sized and designed for a steady, even flow of beans into the grinder and the antistatic feature (however it's accomplished) allows all of the ground coffee to slide easily out of the receptacle, minimizing effort, mess and waste. The receptacle is NOT airtight but if you grind for each brew, that's neither here nor there. I would absolutely buy it again and I am so happy with it that I am kind of glad my old grinder developed problems.

This unit seems more expensive than many but that is just because of the price. The anti-static feature alone is worth the price. The quietest electric grinder I have ever had. Very great product. I just hope China's nukes are not as great as their kitchen appliances. The manual has stupid stuff that can be ignored; it says that it requires a grounded outlet but the unit does not come with a 3 prong plug. I have it in a non grounded outlet and it works perfectly. It also says to unplug the unit between uses (really!). However the unit goes to sleep after a few minutes of non use. The lack of static is impressive!!! No mess!! Really!! The manual needs work but those Chinese kids' English is way better than my Chinese so whatever...

Great all around grinder. I like the clear plastic hopper so you can see when you need to add beans. The grinds cup is not saturated with static, so the ground coffee doesn’t stick to it….it just pours out. I like the ease of the settings, and I like the size…slim and perfect for the countertop. Not silent, but it doesn’t make near the noise of my old blade grinder…and the grounds size is consistent.

This is the best, most well made grinder I have had yet. Zero fines clinging to sides of holder or interally in geinder. Even grinds whether you choose course, medium or fine! Stainless steele conical chamber grinds evenly and with little heat. I had a flat burr grinder before which was noisy, inconsistant size and left fines all over machine, counter and static in receptacle so you could not get coffe out. You will be glad you purchased this grinder at a fair price for the great quality of materials and product performance. L

I like the form factor, easy to operate and grinds very fine espresso to a rough grind. I only wish it had the ability to grind longer than 40 seconds...sometimes I need to grind again to get it all for 1 pot of coffee. Also wish it had a power switch...no reason to have it powered 24/7...so I put it on a power strip. Phantom power adds to your electricity bill!

So I received it on 06/16 , followed all instructions and plugged it in, it sounded like a jackhammer, I thought it was the way it was supposed to sound but nope it sounded like construction outside your house. After a bit I tried it again and it sounded fine but the blade was not spinning which you can clearly see if no beans are inside. I figured ok I'll add beans and the blade will kick on and nope, i added beans and nothing worked.
